This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo in the private gated community of Cinnamon Beach is the perfect vacation spot for you and your family. Cinnamon Beach is a fantastic oceanfront community built between 2003 and 2005. State of the art amenities include oceanfront lap pool, family pool, children's wading pool/splash zone, fitness center, game room and adult lounge located in the club house. There is also a seasonal poolside cafe' offering casual food, beer and wine.
Conveniently located just steps from the ocean allows you to enjoy incredible sunrises in the morning from your private over sized balcony. The condo boasts over 1300 square feet of space for your family and friends to enjoy. The entire complex is wheelchair accessible offering elevators and large hallways. Located in Palm Coast Florida, it is centrally located just 60 miles south of Jacksonville and 90 minutes from Orlando. Disney World makes a great day trip if you manage to pull yourself away from the sandy beaches! You are just 20 miles from Historic St. Augustine and the World Golf Hall of Fame. If you drive south 25 miles you will find the Daytona 500 International Speedway. The charm of small town Flagler Beach is just 8 miles south on A1A. So much to do...so much to see!
Within close proximity you have tennis, fishing, boating. bike paths, and golf. Treat yourself to the Ocean Hammock golf course with 8 holes on the ocean that surrounds the community of Cinnamon Beach. There are numerous, moderately priced golf courses within 10 to 15 minutes of the community.
This particular unit is non-smoking and no pets----smoking is allowed on the outdoor private patio. We do have pet friendly units available and additional units for larger groups.
