  My family and I stayed a few nights in this amazing home, and had a blast. The house was spotless, beautiful, and very comfortable. It completely exceeded any expectations my husband and I had... and we wish we could have stayed longer. He and I are already talking about going back this summer with friends for a full week. The views are amazing, and the property owners have added so many fun little touches. I HIGHLY suggest booking this rental if you need a place to stay in the Oakland area.

  A PERFECT wedding destination! Several campsites overlooking the river, with power. Nice, updated, three-bedroom house with beautiful kitchen, including granite counters, fireplace, nice baths, great decor, river deck, etc., etc. Lovely lawn area for a large wedding tent and same on other side of the house for the wedding ceremony, overlooking the Umpqua river, with a beautiful wooden structure framing it all. Good river access below the house. We hope to spend a week here next summer for a family reunion. Great vacation rental!

  Great location to take the entire family. Beautiful extremely large grassy lawn for fun outdoor games and picnic settings. The house is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The deck is a perfect place for a family BBQ and relaxing with a great view of the river. Our favorite thing to do there was to float down the river fishing all the way! Would highly recommend if you like sun, fun and relaxation.

  Wow! What a great place to kick back and relax. The scenery is something you could look at for hours. It is peaceful and very quiet. The house is especially nice with all you could want for a getaway. I plan on staying there often.

  Our family has had the great fortune to stay in this beautiful home on the Umpqua. The setting is tranquil, while the river calls to us to be out on it fishing or kayaking. The interior is well appointed and provided us with all the ammenities we needed for a wonderful vacation. If you are looking for a getaway location that provides wonderful weather, outdoor activities and access to the Umpqua Valley wineries...this is the place for you. We look forward to our next trip to the Umpqua.
