The condo was beautiful and had all of the comforts of home! Making our travel arrangements with Frank was a dream! He was always SO kind and quick to respond! You can look around and find other condos on Sanibel that are MUCH LESS DESIRABLE for hundreds, if not a thousand dollars more! Not only was the Penthouse condo amazing, but the beach was one of the nicest I've seen! Thanks for such an amazing vacation experience, Frank! Our family hopes to vacation there again soon!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Just returned from a week in Sanibel. The condo was absolutely perfect. So clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Travelling with a 1 year old and my husband and mother and we were all very impressed with this unit. Loved the rooftop sundeck and the view from the condo was beautiful. It was a perfect location for travelling with an infant who can't spend too much time at the beach but with this location we could just walk 5 minutes to the beach and return to condo if it got too hot or baby needed changing. Rented crib and high chair from island rentals and it was there and set up upon arrival. Loved the washer/dryer in unit. We are already looking forward to returning and staying in Pointe Santo again!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

By far the best equipped condo we have rented. The kitchen in particular makes cooking hassle free. Some of the other outstanding features are fast reliable wi-fi and the upper “sun” deck which is also great for viewing the night sky and wildlife in the lagoon. We hope to return next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.
