La Siesta Residence is a small private 13 unit villa/condominium resort comprised of two buildings. Building A has ten (10) units and Building B has three (3) units. All units are individually owned. The two buildings share the common pool located on the ocean side in front of Building A. There is a gate that opens from the pool area to the beach. There is a shower by the beach entrance to rinse off sand before using the pool.
Sea View at La Siesta is one of two units on the 2nd level of Building A. There are two entrance doors to Building A. The entrance for Sea View at La Siesta is the entrance to the far right facing the building from the street. Parking is directly in front of the building. Each parking space is outlined in gray pavers. There is one parking space per unit. Sea View at La Siesta parking space is A6, the first space to the right of the far right entrance door.
Sea View at La Siesta is located on a two-mile magnificent stretch of white sand and swimming beach. The water directly in front of La Siesta is best for floats and snorkeling since there are patches of flat rock covered with sea grass. At the beach you’ll find plenty of ocean with a perfectly sandy bottom. There is an ocean float, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys for your use.
Tropical breezes filter through the villa year round. The living room sliding door opens completely and tucks away into a pocket. The 13’ opening expands your living space onto the covered deck.
Sea View at La Siesta has all of the amenities of a luxury hotel as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Luxurious queen beds and linens, tastefully decorated with brilliant colors and unique décor, Sea View at La Siesta provides luxurious comforts. There are LCD TV’s with built in DVD players, Cable TV as well as Bose stereo system speakers with surround sound in each bedroom. The living room is equipped with a 60' Big Screen TV with Cable as well as a Bose stereo surround sound system and CD/DVD player. There are DVD’s provided for your viewing pleasure. The library in the Bose system has CD’s loaded comprised of various genres. Also in the entertainment center are books also provided for your reading pleasure. A laptop computer with wireless internet access and a color printer are provided for your use as well. Cell phones are also provided. Simply purchase minutes for Chippee service at a local kiosk.
We enjoyed creating Sea View at La Siesta as our home away from home and welcome you to enjoy it as we do.

This villa was a tropicle dream vacation from day 1 to day 7. The view of the ocean, beach and all of Simpson Bay were priceless! The owners Mark & Cynthia have made this villa our favorite yet from fabulous decor, big screen TV, Bose sound system, fully stocked kitchen (I love to cook and entertain) and comfortable outdoor furniture. Every night we had cocktails, appitizzers & the most amazing sunsets before heading out for dinner. We so loved having our own pool and stepping right onto the beach. We could walk for 2+ miles of beach everyday and only a couple blocks from resturants, shopping and fun night life. This is the most safe island we have traveled to yet. This villa is perfect for a couples get away or family get away. Will be going back soon and will stay at La Siesta every trip to St. Maarten. You will not be disipointed when you book your tropicle vacation to St. Maarten and La Siesta. Thank you Mark & Cynthia for sharing your home with us!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This condo in La Siesta, St. Maartens provided everything needed for a great vacation. Furnishings are beautifully tropical yet comfortable. The kitchen is appointed with everything you could wish for in a very organized manner. The view of the bay with an endless stream of varying vessels from kayaks to mega yachts to cruise ships provided great entertainment. The location of the building is wonderful too. It is right on the beach. Many places are within walking distance or an easy, short drive away. The only thing we missed was internet access which is available 2 blocks away. We rented a car & had a great time exploring this beautiful island, visiting several beaches & many great dining spots.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed 10 luxurious days in beautiful St. Maarten and the accommodations were fantastic! We were able to really relax and enjoy ourselves. The Sea View offered all the comforts of home and more. The owners have thought of everything from the beautiful decor and Bose system to the stunning outdoor living space where we enjoyed our coffee in the morning. You will not be disappointed!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

When leaving the frozen Philadelphia Airport and 20 inches of snow on February 2nd, we could not have imagined how transformed our lives would be for a week. Wow! As soon as we stepped off the plane in St. Maarten, the locals were courtesous and friendly. The short trip to La Siesta, litterally just around the corner, was indeed a wonderful experience. The condo was immaculate, the bed comfortable (just like home) and the surroundings exquisite. The view was indescribable, one that we had a hard time taking our eyes off of. I especially enjoyed the well appointed kitchen as I love to cook and entertain; it had everything a good cook could hope for and more. My husband enjoyed the many luxury yachts and cruise ships that passed by everyday. These folks thought of everything; movies, books, grill, you name it, they even supplied cell phones for use while you're there! The worst thing about the entire vacation was ending it!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is the perfect couples getaway. We spent our honeymoon week here and loved everything about it. We were close to everything but off on our own enough to be able to enjoy having the pool and beach to ourselves. The gourmet kitchen is great too. We loved having our espresso every morning and eating on the patio. The beds are very comfortable and we took advantage of the sound system that runs throughout the house. One of the best things about this condo is stepping out of the pool and walking right onto the beach. We cannot wait to go back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

With the slider opened into the pockets, your view of the Sea is magnificant! You'll watch water skiers pass by, sail boats and of course, the Luxurious Mega Yachts. You'll also enjoy the view of the pool directly below the balcony.
