  The house was very clean and well stocked, and our deposit was returned promptly. My only minor complaint is that the air freshener was too strong.

  We want to thank Jan for providing her home to us during our visit to Ft Collins for our son's wedding. It was homey, very comfortable, and provided everything we needed for us and our family members who stayed with us. The best feature was the great deck area off the kitchen. It was large, with plenty of patio furniture, and the backyard trees provided almost a "tree house effect". The house location turned out to be centralized for getting around and it was very close to the church. This was our first experience using a VRBO property and we were very satisfied with the process and the outcome. We will use VRBO again. Thanks again, Jan, for being so flexible and helpful. We will be back.

  We loved the house, with a great back deck and yard, it was perfect. The surrounding areas were beautiful, nice for morning walks. Could not have enjoyed staying at this very pretty and comfortable home more, and hopefully will look forward to staying there again! Thank you!

  Very well kept cozy home, We stayed 9 days and enjoyed every moment. The home has a very nice covered deck in the back. I would highly recommend staying if you are in Fort Collins.

  Jan's house looks even better than the photos. The walls have been repainted in modern colors. The linens are luxury quality. We enjoyed the deck every day, as well as the large tv. Having 3 bathrooms and a washer, dryer, and iron helped us be ready for our activities. Be aware that there are 16 steps leading into the house.

  I had never rented a vacation home before, and was leery what we would find. I needn't have been. This property is wonderfully maintained, spotlessly clean, and generously supplied with everything from extra towels and blankets, to books, games, cooking utensils.....just EVERYTHING! The home is roomy and set up in such a way that everyone has their own space. The deck out back was a delightful place to start and end the day. This sure beat going back to a crowded hotel room at the end of the day! We really feel that having this place to stay turned our vacation into an extra-special moment in time we'll always remember. Thank you, Jan and "girls"!

  This house is great: immaculate, comfortable, well-stocked. Located close to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital where i worked for two weeks and had an excellent stay. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful back yard with patio. I look forward to my next stay!

  Such a nice home for families to stay under the same roof! I believe the floor plan allows for the best use of space, so you dont feel crammed together. Jan has the home well stocked and well decorated. We will be staying there again when we return to Ft Collins, for sure!

  Hi Jan, Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed your house. It was just perfect for us. I only wish it would have been warmer outside so we could have enjoyed your deck! We appreciated having such a well stocked kitchen. It made cooking so much easier. Many times we rent homes and there are very few spices etc. to be found – so your set up was great. We’ll definitely try to rent your place again next time we’re in Fort Collins to visit our son and daughter-in-law. Thanks again! Susan Rankin
