  We just got back from our family reunion at your "Summer Breeze" Villa. It is definitely just as you see in your ad and more. Perfect for a large group. We were 13 and there was plenty of room for all to have privacy as well as be together in the terrific common areas (house & pool). Lee thanks for all your help in getting this set up and answering my many questions. Look forward to working with you again. Diane

  Our family spent almost a week at this awesome house!! It was by far, the best accomodations we have ever found when travelling for our reunions. The pool was perfect, the great room accomodated our entire family and the kitchen was well equipped for the meals we made in the house. The pictures were very accurate to the nicely done interior decorating throughout the house. If we have the opportunity to return to Orlando, I would not want to stay anywhere else!!

  I've just returned from staying at Summer Breeze this May, and I had an absolute wonderful time. Everyone that stayed with my husband and me enjoyed the entire house, especially the pool. There's nothing bad I can say about our stay, the pics were on point, it is what it is. We are planning to take another trip next year but this time stay longer. We really had lots of fun. I would definately recommend this house to anyone.

  We just returned from spending a week in the beautiful Summer Breeze in Orlando. It was perfect. We had four families with 15 people altogether. It could not have been better. The home was beautifully decorated and the game room was a hit with everyone! We enjoyed Disney, but the lodging made it the best vacation we have ever had!

  WE ENJOY THE SUMMER BREEZE VILLA HOME. THE HOME DECOR AND FLOORPLAN WAS JUST LOVELY. WE PLAN TO VIST AGAIN IN 2007 AND HOPE THAT THE HOME WELL BE AVAILABLE FOR OUR DATES.

  Stayed in this lovely home for a week while attending a convention. Mr. Adams was very helpful in providing information about the rental and arranging a crib rental for our granddaughter. There were 10 of us and everyone had their own space and a wonderful time. The only recommendation I would make is for a mop and a new ironing board cover, otherwise everything was perfect.

  My club (Friendship Unlimited)and I just returned from spending nine days in the lap of luxury at Summer Breeze Villa. This villa is appointed like few others that we have stayed in over the years. The club enjoyed this villa so much, we are going to stay there again in 2006.

  We held our family reunion at Summer Breeze in early April. All four families had a wonderful time. The new pool and spa was lovely. Lee Adams was very helpful in making all arrangements (for a crib, BBQ, etc. prior to our arrival). The location is very convenient to Disney. Having our own kitchen was a definite plus. The house was very clean and well-equipped. The kids enjoyed the game room. All in all, the house was wonderful!

  Our family and two other families have just returned from a wonderfully relaxing vacation at Summer Breeze. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and the amenities were first rate. The pool was in constant use, and the convenience to the Orlando area attractions was a definite plus. This was our first attempt at renting a vacation home, and we will definitely book a vacation at Summer Breeze again. Thank you for a truly unforgettable vacation experience. As several of the kids quoted, "It was the best vacation ever!!!"

  Our family of 15 has just returned from our yearly family get together. We loved the villa. It not only met our expectations but it exceeded them. We have rented homes in Florida for the last 5 years. Your house has really been the best yet. The rooms are spacious and the decor is very nice. With T.V'S and DVD'S in all rooms there was never a dispute over who's watching what and when. The guys really enjoyed the game room and the kids enjoyed the PS2 systems. The only minor drawback was there was not a spa and the pool was a little smaller than expected. To all that are interested in renting this home, GO AHEAD!! you will not regreat it. IT'S A LOVELY, SPACIOUS AND IMMACULATE HOUSE.(LOCATION IS GREAT TOO) WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN. IF YOU HAVE RENTAL PROPERTIES IN OTHER PARTS OF FLORIDA LET US KNOW.

  Owner response: I agree that the pool is a little small. That is why the pool is being enlarged to one of the largest on the resort (34ft x 18ft) and there will be also be a 10 person Spa, The new pool and Spa will be complete by September 2004.
