This appartment is in an excellent location, a mile from Rodeo Drive, close to Farmers Market, Hollywood Blvd, Sunset Blvd are close by. Short distance to Universal and WB studios. The appartment provides a good base for your vacation, two comfortable bedrooms with clean bathrooms. The block is secure and provides underground parking with elevator to all levels. Wifi access is provided should you need it. There a lots of dining places within walking distance. The Beverly shopping centre is just around the corner. Thanks Cassia, we had a great time!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Cassia was excellent to work with. She was very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. The place was in a great location and clean. This is a wonderful place to stay! We not only recommend her, but will use her apartment again in the future!

Location: Central, quiet, safe with premium shopping and dining options right at your fingertips!! Absolutely perfect if you have a car, central and easily accessible to the wonders of Los Angeles! If you don't have a car, local transport is just as accessible. Cleanliness: faultless really. Neat and tidy but very cosy, little personal touches from Cassia makes you feel right at home! Communication/Service: Although I didn't have the pleasure to meet Cassia myself, we were warmly welcomed by John in her absence who was friendly and lovely to deal with. Cassia is proactive to meet any of your needs to make your stay just that little bit more special! Great local knowledge and very flexible to meet all our needs! The free wifi and parking was an added luxury. Would recommend to all! Thank you again for making our trip so memorable!

We found the apartment to be just as described. Comfortable, clean and well maintained. Sensational location being walking distance from the Beverly Hills Mall and all those great shops (yes, we did spend too much!!) and a very short drive from Rodeo Drive. Under cover car parking a huge bonus. The owner Casia is one out of the box and she could not have tried harder to please us and make us feel welcome. The apartment is very well equiped with all the niceties of home and Casia even made sure it was stocked with all those little things you often forget on a trip (toothpaste, blades, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner ... and the list goes on). We would most definately use the apartment again without hesiotation.

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.

Great location, clean and cozy apartment. Cassia was very, very friendly and was trying help everyway she can. Our family had great time over the short stay.

Cassia is the ideal hostess. She is welcoming and has great ideas of places to see and where to eat. She makes herself available to help in any way you need. This clean, well-organized home was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. The set up is perfect for two couples, with deluxe beds in each of the two bedrooms. The neighborhood was lovely and safe with easy walking to shopping and restaurants. We hope to be able to stay here again in the future. Thanks Cassia for your hospitality!

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights at Cassia's wonderful studio in Beverly Hills. Thank you does not seem adequate to describe our appreciation for the comfortable and quiet stay we enjoyed during our time in LA. We were able to walk, bus and jog all over the surrounding neighborhoods. Cassia was so hospitable, helpful, warm and welcoming that we didn't want to leave!! The basket of goodies (fresh fruit and granola) was truly appreciated as was her lively personality. Take care Cassia and we hope to come back again soon.

Comfortable and Cozy

The 1st thing we noticed is that this apartment is really a HOME! We have rented places before that feel very sterile from the moment you walk in. We chose it partly for the location, as we love to walk everywhere, and we certainly did that! The property and arrangements were exactly as promised and all was handled by Cassia in a very pleasant and professional manner. We loved the Master bedroom with Cal King bed and the bathroom with jetted tub! Kitchen also had everything we needed. I would recommend this house and surely come back again..

We stayed at this apartment for three nights and found it to be very comfortable. All that we could need was provided. The kitchen is very well equipped and the master bath is great with jetted tub! The building is safe with gated garage and wifi. We especially liked to convenient location as well as the proximity to good restaurants and Cedars Sinai Hospital, where we were visiting my mother in law. Cassia is very hospitable and helpful. We felt lucky to have had such a good place to stay at the price whilst in Beverly Hills!

A wonderful home in a wonderful location. We are a family of four and it was perfect for us. The apartment was very clean, well-organized, and had exactly what we needed for our stay, right in the middle of everything. Lots of cafes, shops, and such. Good, fast internet. I’m an artist so I really appreciated how stylishly the apartment is appointed. I would definitely recommend to a family who wants an easy holiday in a fantastic neighborhood in Beverly Hills. Well done!

Cassia was great, and her daughters are so sweet! She makes sure everything is perfect and that you are comfortable. The studio is awesome as well, it looks better than the pictures!! I would love to stay there again.

My brother and I stayed there over this past weekend. Cassia was WONDERFUL, to say the least. She was so understanding of our crazy schedule. She took great care of us. She was so motherly. I miss her already! The place was awesome. It was very clean and it had all the amenities that we needed for our short stay. She even had bananas, apples, water, and snack bars out for us! Considering the location of her house, it was a great deal! I will definitely be back there next time we go to California. I am never staying in a hotel again! I highly recommend this place. Thank you Cassia!

This place was nice, clean...great energy, warmth, and close to everything. We traveled from Italy, and Cassia gave specific information about the happenings around LA/Beverly Hills/Hollywood. We went out and explored everything we could. We had a great time without spending a lot of money, besides being in a very friendly place! Thank you!
