MY WIFE AND I STAYED AND LOVE IT SO MUCH,THAT WE WENT BACK THREE MORE TIMES. TOTALLY PRIVATE LUXURY ESTATE.IT IS BETTER THAN IT LOOKS IN THE PICTURES. I stayed in this wonderful home with 20 of my girlfriends for a bachelorette party last summer and had an absolute blast. I would definitely return to this home. It was very clean, well decorated with gorgeous antiques. We loved the gorgeous outdoor kitchen and the pool with the fountains was remarkable. Beds were all very comfortable with brand new ironed linen. There was plenty for us to do, we played volleyball, used the putting green, air hockey, ping pong and fooseball. The kitchen was huge and provided everything we could possibly need and property manager John was very accesible and helpful with any questions we had.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

My family visited the Palm Springs area recently and stayed at this property and we just loved it. The house is beautilful the yard was beautiful.We are now going to come back each year whenever we can to stay at this property, this is the cleanest house we have stayed at in this area. It is close to restaurants and sightseeing, we had a question for the owner and he responded quickly, I would definitely recommend this property to my friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We are repeat guests of this wonderful vacation home. We stayed at the Villa Bellagio twice last year and are getting ready to book another weekend trip. The pool is amazing and the house is very spacious and most comfortable. We love the property’s amenities (the owners are constantly doing upgrades!) plus the location is great - close to conveniences. The owners are wonderful, too, and very accessible! Thanks, guys. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY. My family, along with 3 others, rented this property in April. We had a good time & enjoyed our stay. It was only when we tried to get our deposit back that the trouble began. We started e mailing a month after our visit to ask for our deposit. After many excuses from the owner we finally received a check in late June (we rented in early April). The check had no documentation along with it, only some scribbling on the check itself. The owner had held back 30% of our deposit because he said we exceeded the energy allowance. The contract we signed stated that the energy allowance was generous & most guests have no trouble staying within it. We never ran the air conditioning and the pool was only heated when we arrived. We never heated it after that first day. I tried to contact the owner to resolve this issue & he promised to send documentation via registered letter or fax. We never received any correspondance. This promise was made to us many times. Unfortunately, our vacation in the desert is now tainted with this ugly battle. We have stayed in many other properties in La Quinta (this one is in Indio), and have had no trouble with owners. Save yourself a lot of grief & find another property.Owner response: Guest ordered pool pre-heating prior to arrival, and agreed to pay for the energy used. After departure Guest demanded full refund. Guest was sent a copy of the email in which she approved the additional energy costs. Remainder of deposit was refunded per contract, and Guest acknowledged the email that approved pool pre-heating costs.

I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to experience a touch of luxury in a very nice location. It is suitable for larger group of people for things such as big family events. It might also be very interesting as a private place for romantic trips.
