Located on prestigious 18 Baynard Cove Road in the world-famous Sea Pines Resort, you get easy access to everything Sea Pines has to offer. It’s only a short five minute walk to a wide, private and uncrowded Atlantic Ocean beach, an eight minute bike ride to South Beach Marina, and a four minute drive to legendary Harbour Town.

Well, look no further. We’re the owners who actually DID all those little things that make your vacation so much more enjoyable. Our attention to detail makes our home different from so many others. It’s the little things like extra silverware and plates, tons of utensils and cups, extra pots and pans, new electronics (TVs and DVD players in EVERY room), surround sound speakers for late-night movies, new furniture, motion-sensing outdoor lights, lighted pool, clean air vents (not those dusty lint traps!), extra-large capacity washer and dryer (new as of January, 2007), creative art work and ceiling fans in all rooms, and luggage racks in all bedrooms. We even labeled every light switch so you don't spend your vacation trying to figure out how to turn the outside lights on. These are just some of the little things that make your vacation that much better but have a hard time finding!
To make your stay even more enjoyable, there are new mattresses in EVERY bedroom as of December, 2007. These are the same high-quality mattresses used at the 4-diamond Inn at Harbour Town so you know they are very comfortable. And to top it off, a brand-new refrigerator was installed in January, 2008 along with a new Jenn-Air range in August, 2008.
Our secluded setting on a quiet street gives you privacy you won’t find in a condo or villa. Get the beach access you want without the beach home prices! And we're just 1.5 miles from South Beach Marina, Harbour Town, and the Plantation Club.
Our single-level home features a large kidney-shaped pool with a generous shallow end for kids. For an additional charge the pool can be heated for year-round use. Four lounges and three chairs surround the pool for tanning and relaxing. Six additional chairs and a large table sit on a Trex deck (installed in 2006) that has a distinctive palmetto tree growing through it. The beautiful pool landscaping was completely redone just a few years ago. There is also a large Weber charcoal grill by the pool and plenty of grilling utensils in the kitchen.
Our smoke-free home has a very open floor plan with high ceilings and bright, large rooms. All rooms have ceramic tile floors and remote-control ceiling fans. The great room has a large sectional sofa, leather chair, and ottoman. It has a wet bar and a terrific view of the pool. It also has an entertainment center with a TV, DVD/CD player, VCR, cable TV, surround sound Bose speakers, and an assortment of recent videos and DVDs. We even have an iPod cable attached to our stereo system so you can listen to your music on our indoor or poolside speakers.
The den has a queen-size sleeper sofa, love seat, desk, TV, DVD player, and a variety of board and card games. There is also a dining room with 6 chairs and a glass table. Wireless Internet access is also available for free in the den.
In the spacious master bedroom suite you will find a king-size bed, TV, DVD player, two large closets, and a double-sink bathroom. A second very large bedroom contains two queen-size beds, TV, DVD/CD player, large dresser, generous closet, and a private bathroom. The third bedroom also has two queen-size beds, a TV, DVD player, large designer closet, and a big bathroom that is also accessible from a hallway. All bedrooms have digital clocks, creative art work, luggage racks, and plenty of space to spread out.
The kitchen features a six chair circular table that sits on one end of the room, and a three stool breakfast bar that borders the great room on the other end. Plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, and ovenware are provided. It also includes a microwave (brand new in January, 2009), washer/dryer, coffee maker, electric can opener, refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, and a blender for making those tasty frozen drinks.
Our open floor plan, multiple eating areas, oversized rooms, and large pool make this an ideal home for more than one family to share without feeling the least bit crowded!

My husband and I had a wonderful time here at 18 Baynard Cove. We spent 4 days doing whatever we wanted...enjoying our 4th anniversary get-away. We loved the location and the beautifully-suited home. We could not think of a single thing that would have made this a more perfect spot for us. In fact, we loved it so much, let us know if you are ever ready to sell this home! Thank you for making this an enjoyable trip for us!

The house was great - it was large enough to accommodate 2 families of 4 and a grandfather. It is very beautiful and restful on this quiet street. We loved the bike trails! Everything is so accessible by bike. It's great to ride on the beaches, too. The restaurants were great - we liked Marley's and Red Fish. On our last day here, a pod of 6 dolphins swam about 50 yards away from us while we were boogie-boarding! Went fly-fishing one day - only caught one redfish - it's better to fish here in winter. (letter written in early summer). We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time here and the weather was beautiful all week and not too hot (mid-September). The house was perfect size for our group of 12 - 2 families of 6 each. We (the Moms) especially appreciated the number of bathrooms! The thrill of our trip was seeing sharks on the first and last day of our stay. They were chasing fish in about calf-deep water at low tide. We saw dolphins and alligators, too. Staying here almost makes me want to move here! Thank you very much!

We loved your house very much. We had the best weather here we've ever had. It never rained down here at all. It was in the 75-80 degree area every single day (April 1-8). We all saw at least one alligator every day. This was the best house that we've ever stayed at and we have been down here for over 8 years. Thank you for letting us stay here. P.S. You guys had the best pool ever!

We've had a great week here. The weather has been very kind to us. November in Scotland is very different! Went on outings to Savannah and Charleston which were excellent. Spent an hour or two "gator spotting", dolphin watching, cycling, and eating. We also did a fair amount of shopping but that's compulsory on holiday, isn't it!! You have a lovely home here, it is very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay in Sea Pines.

We have spent a delightful week in your lovely home. Our family visits Sea Pines every year and this is one of the best equipped homes we have rented. Plenty of space, good location. Roller blading, biking, fishing (offshore as well as the beach), the obligatory shopping, and of course great restaurants. We're hoping that we can arrange to stay here again next year!
