Our family really enjoyed your spacious, comfortable, and accommodating home. We prepared Thanksgiving dinner in this kitchen with no difficulty. We really loved the den and found ourselves gathering there with laptop, iPad, conversation, and TV. Being nearly winter we still had 3 beautiful days for golf, and the biking and beach riding were great! This was our first time ever in Hilton Head and we feel lucky to have rented your wonderful home. Thanks for all the thought you put into it!

We have stayed in many places in Sea Pines and this was the BEST! The house is in a perfect location and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool is great, the beach is close and the owner is fantastic to work with! We will definitely stay here again!

What began as a sisters trip (there are 4 of us) grew to include our Mom, daughters, nieces, and nephews! The last day of an amazing trip...our first to Hilton Head Island...and definitely not our last! Thanks for the use of this beautiful house. We loved jumping in the pool after long hot bike rides. The kids loved having their own bathrooms and the door to their "area"! We really enjoyed Sea Pines and their restaurants, shops, and beaches...the best on the island! We had a wonderful time here and the weather was beautiful all week and not too hot (mid-September). The house was perfect size for our group of 12 - 2 families of 6 each. We (the Moms) especially appreciated the number of bathrooms! The thrill of our trip was seeing sharks on the first and last day of our stay. They were chasing fish in about calf-deep water at low tide. We saw dolphins and alligators, too. Staying here almost makes me want to move here! Thank you very much!

The house was great - it was large enough to accommodate 2 families of 4 and a grandfather. It is very beautiful and restful on this quiet street. We loved the bike trails! Everything is so accessible by bike. It's great to ride on the beaches, too. The restaurants were great - we liked Marley's and Red Fish. On our last day here, a pod of 6 dolphins swam about 50 yards away from us while we were boogie-boarding! Went fly-fishing one day - only caught one redfish - it's better to fish here in winter. (letter written in early summer). We'll be back!

Our family had a wonderful time in your home. The forecast was for rain every day but it was sunny except for the first and last days. We hit the beach, swam in all the pools, shopped, biked, and ate and ate and ate! We recommend the crabbing activity for young children. Our girls (7 and 4) had a ball. Thanks for a great retreat!

We have spent a delightful week in your lovely home. Our family visits Sea Pines every year and this is one of the best equipped homes we have rented. Plenty of space, good location. Roller blading, biking, fishing (offshore as well as the beach), the obligatory shopping, and of course great restaurants. We're hoping that we can arrange to stay here again next year!

We loved your house very much. We had the best weather here we've ever had. It never rained down here at all. It was in the 75-80 degree area every single day (April 1-8). We all saw at least one alligator every day. This was the best house that we've ever stayed at and we have been down here for over 8 years. Thank you for letting us stay here. P.S. We've had a great week here. The weather has been very kind to us. November in Scotland is very different! Went on outings to Savannah and Charleston which were excellent. Spent an hour or two "gator spotting", dolphin watching, cycling, and eating. We also did a fair amount of shopping but that's compulsory on holiday, isn't it!! You have a lovely home here, it is very welcoming and we really enjoyed our stay in Sea Pines.

Steve and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying in your home. Everything was quite nice and very cozy. We drove around the neighborhood looking at houses for sale, like the area and there are some on the market. I like being able to walk to the beach too. Kevin and I wanted to thank you for the gift basket. It was a nice surprise and very thoughtful of you. We had a wonderful time and your home is very lovely. It was exactly what we wanted, peaceful and homey. The weather was so-so but it was better than what we had in Michigan, so really there's no complaints. We stayed in this home for a week in July of 2004. It was perfect for our needs. We have two young children who loved the pool and having a TV in their bedroom at night. The one floor layout was also good for my older parents. The beach is a quick 5 minute walk which made it easy for both my children and parents to enjoy the beach and the outside shower was really great for getting the sand off when we returned. South Beach was just a quick bike ride and the bike paths even made it a fairly quick ride to the horse stables and Harbor Town. Overall, it was a great week in a great house. The owners were also very pleasant and good to work with.

Hi Jim, I have been meaning to email you about our week in your home, but I have been out of town a lot since we left HHI. We loved your house! It is beautiful and so peaceful and private. We had a wonderful week there. The weather could have been a little better, but we managed to have a good time anyway. We had some rain a few evenings and got a downpour while we were on the beach on Friday. We didn't let it bother us though. This was our first time staying in Sea Pines and we really enjoyed it. I just can't say enough wonderful things about the house! It is so much bigger than it looks from the outside. We were not crowded at all -- even with three families. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The kids LOVED the pool! They had such a good time playing in the waterfall. Thanks again for the use of your beautiful home for our vacation. It was wonderful! We all loved it and hope to rent it again! My 10 year old daughter asked what I was typing, and when I told her, she said she could sum it up in one sentence -- "IT WAS AWESOME!!!"
