  Location, location, location!!!!! Great Spot, Great views of Ocean, Sand and Harbor. This is just what the Doctor would order. Thanks to the owners for making this possible for me and my visitors. I hope to return next year for a similiar time. Everything was great!!

  This was my second stay at NCV but the first at Revier's Retreat and it was far better than my first experience. The location of their unit is great (the assigned parking spot was a good one); it has a wonderful view of the beach & jetty and you can watch the surfer dudes every day. It's easy walking distance to the pier and downtown or the harbor activities and restaurants. I'd recommend the tequila lime shrimp appetizer at one of the restaurants! The location of NCV is very convenient to the freeway and for going to both the LA and San Diego areas. Or you can easily take the train. The Revier's are very accommodating and helpful. I have already reserved my 3 months for next year.

  What an awesome condo! The location was perfect. The condo had everything to make the vacation stay one to remember. The ocean waves could be heard from the condo. The views from the balcony were spectacular. We are glad to have had the opportunity to rent this condo for our annual Oceanside vacation and hope to return again next year.

  We stayed for a month in April-May, 2010, and loved everything about this unit. The pictures shown are accurate - there truly is an unobstructed view of the ocean and the harbor, the furnishings (bed, sofa, chairs, table, etc) are comfortable and neat, the kitchen is fully equipped, the unit is bright and airy. The many other plusses are: the underground parking with assigned space is safe and convenient; access to the beach is easy; location of North Coast Village can't be beat (near the freeway without freeway noise, near grocery stores, restaurants, downtown Oceanside, the harbor, halfway between Orange Co and San Diego); WiFi during a month-long stay is great to have; laundry area in the building is convenient. We invited our family from Orange County for a day to enjoy NCV's pool, spa, BBQ area, putting green, tropical garden areas, and of course the beach right outside NCV. One of the best parts of our stay was - having breakfast on the balcony in the morning and watching the surfers and then again at night watching the sunset while having wine and dinner. Even though the weather sometimes turned quite cool in April, it was still such a joy to sit outside and enjoy the sound of the waves and the sight of brave souls swimming in the Pacific. Before we selected Revier's Retreat, we looked at a lot of NCV and other Oceanside properties and the monthly rate during the spring is the absolute best considering what it has to offer. Last but not least, the owner was very responsive to all our questions about NCV, the area, places to go, etc. We were really happy to have stayed here and hope to come back as we felt very much at home. Thank you.
