Its proximity to the metropolitan areas of Washington DC, Baltimore & Philadelphia and the general ease of access from anywhere in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia makes Rehoboth Beach a vacation spot you should visit often.
Visit Downtown Rehoboth Beach for the best of Delaware's dining and shopping experiences. Broaden your visit to include historic Lewes to the north or Ocean City, MD to the south. Tax-free outlet shopping abounds in Rehoboth Beach.
During the Summer Rental Season I offer only full-week, seven-night rentals commencing on a Friday or Saturday.
I include the use of my Transferable In-Town Parking Permit (permanent to my home) during your lease term at no additional charge. This saves you from purchasing a $45.00 Parking Permit for 'In-Season' street parking within the town limits of Rehoboth Beach not serviced by meters.
To save you the trouble of packing bulky items, my home includes pillows, sheets, blankets and bath towels (protective covers encase our pillows, mattresses & box springs, just to ease your mind). Remember to bring your own beach towels and beach blankets.
The cleaning service arrives once you have checked out and I cover the cost for all summer-month rentals.
Check-in time is no sooner than 3:00 pm, check-out time is no later than 11:00 am. You must be at least 25 years old to rent this property (valid photo identification & security deposit required).
I accept personal checks, money orders, certified checks and credit card payments. A $500.00 Credit Card Security Deposit Authorization applies to all rentals.
Your pets are welcome, if well-behaved, but a Non-Refundable $200.00 Accompanying Pet Fee applies.
Off-Season Rentals require a minimum two-night stay plus a $150.00 Off-Season Cleaning Fee.

We are a family of 5 and this was our family's first stay. WE LOVED IT! Lovely home w/ large bedrooms and plenty of drawers and closet space for all clothing. It was very clean, comfortable, and accommodating with stocked kitchen cookware, dishware and utensils; towels and linens; washer & dryer, beach chairs and a garage. It included the parking pass which was a delightful convenience and the home was only 10 min from beach in a quiet location. The amenities of a t.v. in every room and 3 full baths were a "dream come true" for us. Jeff was a very good host, helpful, and answered all our questions when needed. These accommations made our visit to Rehobeth a very happy and memorable one. We look forward to renting there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our stay - the owners were very organized and accommodating and provided detailed information to help us with our stay. The unit is very spacious and everything was as described so there was nothing unexpected - the amenities were a great value for the price! The owners might consider a few updates/upgrades like faster internet, new carpets etc. but not necessary for a vacation rental. We would definitely consider renting this unit again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: As a homeowner I pride myself on maintaining a clean, comfortable and presentable home. As a host I raise the bar even further to ensure a superior home rental experience that is affordable while including (at no added charge) countless amenities considered premium and in several cases, not offered elsewhere. To ensure a positive rental experience, I repeatedly invite guests to contact me of any imperfect condition or need before, during or after their stay (so immediate corrective action can be implemented). I am available around-the-clock by telephone and my housekeeping manager (who resides only two lanes away) is empowered to correct any immediate situation. Under normal conditions, every home begins to show signs of wear and tear as it ages. My well-built, fastidiously maintained town home, despite its youthful age of seven years, has experienced far less than “normal” occupancy. My personal use of this home has always been nominal: the first three years experienced 35% use and the next two years experienced less than 10% use. 2012 is only the second year functioning as a vacation home and I’ve routinely limited “in-season” reservations to full-week, seven-night stays and off-season rentals to a minimum three-night stay. While this practice eliminates my property from searches as a vacation home option for many travelers, it positively restricts the number of occupants and prevents excessive wear and tear. I was disappointed to read this guest review of a less than perfect rental experience. This particular guest voiced no exception to the condition of the carpeting (nor had my cleaning crew reported any damage or extensive wear and tear) or their use of the wireless internet service. Berber carpeting, known for its durability, is installed in the massive living room and all bedroom suites. At no added cost I include Xfinity high-speed wireless internet. The recommended equipment is installed at my home and is properly configured to maximize internet connectivity. Internet speed in the Rehoboth Beach area is somewhat different than that experienced in major cities. Although this guest rental occurred near the end of the summer season, its timing is of little consequence as my meticulous cleaning crew endeavors to ensure a sparkling home welcomes each guest. My cleaning crew has since re-inspected the carpeting throughout the home and verified no damage but commented the routinely scheduled season's-end carpet shampooing would be of benefit.

My family of five stayed here in early August. We had a wonderful vacation in this convenient and comfortable townhouse. We rented bikes and rode to the beach. And we walked to close-by restaurants. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. The family room was spacious with a huge TV -- perfect for watching the Olympics. The owners have a great collection of movies and games that kept the teenagers occupied in the evenings and on our one rainy day. We are quite familiar with Rehoboth, Dewey and Bethany and we would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

we stayed here in bella vista it was fantastic. the townhome was very spacious for me and my family. it is close to everything.location,location,location,right ! well this place has it. we were very happy with all the amenities included in the house.the owners are very nice and cooperitive with any questions.its right behind jungle jims in rehobeth. it provided us with a nice place to walk our dog and kids to play outside without having to worry about traffic.we were no more than 10 min to anywhere to lewes to rehobeth or dewey.the house itself was in good shape.we went down for my wifes 40th b-day and had a great time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Lovely home, well maintained, new and fresh linens and bedding. No complaints and appreciate the level of detail to include welcome packet with parking pass and literature . Parking is ample and the area is close by and causes no issues. Walking and a bikeride away from restaurants, etc. We would def stay at this unit again. Thanks for having us! My family and I were pleased with our stay at Rehobeth Beach. The townhouse was exactly what we needed.....clean and well-furnished. We really appreciated using the garage for convenient parking. The parking pass supplied by the owner saved us a lot of quarters which would have otherwise ended up in the parking meters which surround the beach. My son, a restaurant manager in Reston, prepared several delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Venturing into Rehobeth, we learned it was "Restaurant Week" and enjoyed the fare at several restaurants. The bread pudding at the Irish pub was outstanding. I loved the baby back ribs at the "Pig and Fish" and the service and food at the Victorian were excellent. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend staying at the townhouse and Rehobeth Beach.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This rental The townhouse is located off RT 1 in Rehoboth and is in a quiet location yet very accessible to the activity of the beach, shopping and nightlife of the DE shoreline! The unit is clean with excellent amenities and is furnished very well. We cooked in for many meals during our stay on both the grill and in the kitchen. The kitchen facilities were complete and our meals were successful! Jeff was easy to contact during our stay and was very responsive regarding the townhome. I plan on renting this unit again in the future.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed in this property for a summer vacation and the amenities of the home and the surrounding areas are nothing but exceptional. It is very easy to get to the beach/ocean from here and is truly something that my family enjoyed. The area also has alot of other things to do, like walking on the boardwalks with dining and recreational things to do. Ocean fishing and site seeing charters available, water sports, numerous areas for shopping and dining, also a good night life and dining available for young and old alike. There are also nature themed things to enjoy like biking,hiking nature watching. You are also close to other areas for day trips to places like Ocean City. The house accomodations where more then we expected and we had no complaints. Jeff is a very good host and was very helpful in getting us acquainted to the area attractions. Thanks for the wonderful Memories and Hope to be back soon.
