Nestled at the very tip of the Baja Peninsula at Land's End on what is considered by many to be the most magnificent beach on the entire Baja Peninsula, is Terrasol, a spectacular low-rise, low-density private, quiet and secluded resort. An exclusive enclave, Terrasol offers privacy and tranquility, yet is less than 500 meters from the bustling and quaint little town of Cabo San Lucas with its exciting night-life, cantinas, restaurants, and shops.

Our charming unit is only steps from the ocean and minutes away from the Cabo harbor. Additionally, this nicely situated unit is only a short beach stroll and semi-difficult rock climb to the famous Arch "Los Arcos" and Lover's Beach only accessible by land from Terrasol’s semi-private mile of beachfront. Terrasol allows no motor driven vehicles on the beach and the selling of wares is strictly prohibited. These rules are firmly enforced and will make your stay less "commercial," unlike most other resorts cannot control public access and continuous, aggressive peddling ensues.

A MOST UNIQUE UNIT

This spacious suite boasts over 1400 square feet of shiny tiled floors making it the largest one bedroom unit in the complex! Additionally, this unit is the only one bedroom with two opposing terraces and two bathrooms; with ocean and harbor views it is nicely insulated from the perimeter noise from the pool and oceanfront walkers. The unit has 21-foot ceilings and two levels separated by two steps, giving it a spacious, airy feel that accentuates the extremely large size of this condominium. This unique Terrasol unit is outfitted with a guest bathroom that has a large open style shower for guests using the pullout sofa bed. Additionally, for your comfort, the unit has central air-conditioning and ceiling fans in both the living room and the master bedroom. Also, the unit has a separate master bedroom with a door (not all units do) for maximum privacy. Unit amenities include a king-size bed, separate dining room with a terrace overlooking the ocean, living room w/faux fireplace and a terrace overlooking the harbor, nearly 360 degree views, and ample storage space. This gracious floor plan makes entertaining at Terrasol a breeze.

THE PRIVACY FACTOR

The "Honeymoon Suite" of Terrasol! One comment we hear again and again from our guests: "We couldn’t believe how private and romantic the unit is; we hardly saw another soul the whole time we were there!" Because the unit is situated at the end of a walkway on a corner, there is never any reason for other guests at Terrasol or nearby hotels to walk by. Additionally, there is no other construction or buildings around the perimeter, so you don’t look directly into somebody else’s unit from any of the windows or terraces. If you are looking for a private and tranquil spot to relax and not be bothered, this unit provides optimal seclusion.

BATHROOMS GALORE

A one bedroom with two bathrooms. Our Terrasol unit is outfitted with a guest bathroom with a huge open shower for guests using the pullout sofa bed so you don’t have to walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Small detail, but it makes the unit nice for a family of four or two couples, so the unit “lives” more like a 2 bedroom and optimizes privacy, yet at a better value. Or, use it as his and hers setup for the couple that likes having their own bathroom like we do!

PRETTY POSH

Celebrity sightings. This posh resort is former home to such famous residents as boxer Oscar de la Hoya and rocker Sammy Hagar and was featured in a Sport's Illustrated swimsuit video special! Current residents shall remain nameless.

PETS - Sorry, Terrasol does not allow any pets except guide dogs.

HOUSEKEEPING - The unit has a washer/dryer unit included along with cleaning items such as mop, broom, dust pan, etc. In an effort to keep our rates low, we leave cleaning up to the discretion of the guest since there is a lot of variation in individual cleaning needs. We provide a cleaning at departure; and, if the stay is over 10 days, we provide another. Terrasol charges $19 per cleaning if you desire additional cleanings.
