We thoroughly enjoyed this bright, open, spacious apartment. The location was perfect for everything our family needed and wanted. The washer and dryer were nice extras. I'll no longer consider a rental without them. The apartment was very clean and LuAnn gave a wonderful "map tour" upon our check-in that was very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to vacation in Frankfort and along the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

clean apt. the picture make it look better than it is, you walk up stairs from the outside, that at the base are littered with old tires and other stuff. would not recommend.Owner response: I'm very sorry this renter did not have a positive experience in this lovely, spacious apartment. Had they informed us of any unpleasantries during their stay, those things would have been recitified immediately. We want folks to enjoy their home away from home. There is under stair storage and that is being relocated so as not to offend future renters. I took the pictures of the apartment and not being a technical person would not even know how to alter the photos. They are an accurate reflection of the apartment as it is.

July and August: $800-$900/week A deposit of 50% paid by check or money order within 7 days of making reservation. Balance due by check or money order 45 days prior to arrival. $50 cleaning fee Cancellations of 4 weeks or less, no refunds. All other cancellations: refund of deposit minus 15% fee.
