About the owner: My wife & I moved to Whidbey Island in 1978, where I worked as the facilitie's manager at Camp Casey Conference Center. In 1990 we moved to Coupeville and started Garden Isle Bed & Breakfast/Vacation Home and a Montessori School.
We have throughly enjoyed operating Garden Isle and being able to meet so many wonderful people over the past 21 years.
We feel it has been a privilege and blessing to be able to live in such a beautiful place.
Why the Owner Chose Coupeville: Coupeville is the heart of Ebey's Landing National Historic Reserve and the second oldest town in the state of Washington. We fell in love with Coupeville and its quaint shops, great restaurants and beautiful scenery. To own a 2+ acres next to the historic district is such a blessing.
The Unique Benefits at this House: We have 2.5 acres of land located a short walk to historic old town, the Farmers Market, the beach and the town park.
For the smaller children we have a playground on our property and one across the street in the town park.
For family fun we have a volleyball, bad-mitten court and croquet. We also have a campfire area so families sit around the fire together.
