  We just returned from one of our best family vacation's ever! Largely due to our fantastic accommodations. This townhouse was beautifully decorated and so well equipped. It was wonderful to return after a full day of activities to this comfortable and peaceful setting. We will be back for sure and thank you for opening your gorgeous home to us!

  This was on of the best condos we have stayed in! The place was decorated beautifully, and has all the comforts of home. We have rented places from VRBO for years, and this place is great. The king size beds are very comfortable(not something you always find) and the place is very well maintained. The thing that we really loved was the feeling of being safe on this property. The entire place has a feel that you could leave your doors open all the time with no worries. If this condo is available next year, it is tops on our list!

  This condo was perfect for our family vacation. We have a teenager that brought a friend and and parents joined us this year for the first time. The beach access was close to the condo and my parents really enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the golfers each day. This condo is beautifully decorated and very beachy! We had a great time.

  This condo was exactly as described and more. We had a wonderful stay and will be coming back again next year. It was quiet and very relaxing. Nestled in the live oak trees and we would watch the squirrels play and the fish jump. I will definitely recommend this property to any of my friends that are wanting to stay in Amelia Island. Loved it!!!

  We had an absolutely wonderful week's stay at this beautiful condo. The views of the lake and golf course from every room and the patio were so enjoyable and the walking trails to the ocean, shopping, and dining were great! We felt right at home in the newly remodeled interior...big comfortable beds, TVs, nice kitchen and dining room, all beautifully decorated. We hope to come back again next year.

  We have just returned from a restful holiday in this condo on Amelia Island. It is a comfortable & well organized condominium. We enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own bathroom & comfortable beds. It is tastefully decorated and the view over the golf course is splendid. It is a quiet location and not too far to the beach. The beach itself is wide and long and the bottom is fairly even sand. We swam most days and thoroughly enjoyed it. The plantation is also set up well with bike trails & people fish in the ponds. Don't hesitate on this one!

  We just returned from spending six weeks at this lovely VRBO listing at Amelia Island Plantation. The owners recently purchased this condo and no detail has been overlooked in refurbishing it into a first class home away from home. The condo is beautifully decorated in serene colors and all of the furniture is of great quality and extremely comfortable. There are wonderful recliners in the living room from which to read or watch a large HDTV. All bedrooms have top quality mattresses and linens, and there is another large HDTV in the master bedroom to enjoy TV while relaxing in bed. The other two bedrooms also have flat screen TV's, and each bedroom has its own connected private bathroom. If one enjoys cooking, there is an abundance of great quality pots, pans, and utensils in the updated kitchen. We have been coming to Amelia Island for 15 years and have always stayed on the oceanfront. The golf course and lake front view from the this condo was a new location for us and we fell in love with the setting. The surroundings of this condo is nature at its finest, and yet is only a few hundred yards to the beach. If bringing a pet, the numerous walking paths just steps from the front door is a definite plus. There are also two sturdy bicycles for one's enjoyment. The owner was a delight to work with and the condo more than lived up to its description....in fact, it exceeded our expectations and we are very particular. We are thrilled to have already booked it for next winter, 2013!

  Great condo! The view of the lake and golf course from the living and dining rooms and from two bedrooms upstairs is picture-perfect. And I was very impressed with the beautifully decorated (and comfortable) beds. We've rented throughout the Plantation and this was the nicest. We hope to rent it again next year.

  Stayed at this property May 2011. Very relaxing, secluded environment to contemplate which of Amelia's activities we wanted to do next. Owners take great care to make sure that their property will make you feel at home. Approximately 1-1.5 block walk and you're on a lovely section of the beach!!!! Couldn't have asked for more...except additional time to enjoy this lovely property. Hope to visit again soon!!!!!
