Come and enjoy all of what Panama City Beach has to offer in this beautifully furnished beachfront condo that is sure to be your 'home away from home'! Enjoy the spectacular view of the emerald green ocean right from your balcony on the 21st floor.
When you go to the beach, we furnish you with two beach chaise longues plus an umbrella at no cost to you. This saves you $245 for the week. The chaise longue rentals are very limited and if you do not have one reserved, you probably won't get one. The Condo features tiled floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating for four, as well as a dining area that also seats four. Living area includes a very comfortable leather queen sleeper sofa along with a leather recliner to kick back in at the end of the day! For all your TV watching pleasures, enjoy a 40' LCD Sony Bravia HDTV in both the living area and the master bedroom. Living area opens up to a furnished balcony with the gorgeous view of the Gulf. Master bedroom has a king size bed along with its own private bathroom while another full bathroom is in the hallway. The bunk area also sleeps two additional guests. For your convenience, all linens are provided. Washer and dryer are also included in the unit.
When you arrive, go directly to your condo and use your lock code to enter. You never have to worry about standing in long and tiresome check in lines. Also, you can drive right up to the baggage drop off area and attendants will happily take care of unloading and taking all your luggage to your condo.*** You can even use their convenient valet service to park your vehicle.*** These services are well worth it when you are tired out after a long trip. When you depart, just call the attendant's desk and they will be happy to assist you with your luggage.*** Some rentals require you to drive to another location in order to check in...not with mine.

Emerald Beach Resort includes many first class amenities. A state of the art fitness center, two hot tubs, beach front heated pool, tiki hut for those tropical drinks, kid's splash area with a mushroom fountain and bucket water drop that the kids are sure to love! Enjoy a cup of Starbucks coffee in the morning and a cocktail at the Sky Bar in the evening while watching your favorite sporting events on the plasma tv's. There is something for everyone at the Emerald Beach Resort!
IMPORTANT: Adults over 25 years of age and families ONLY! We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We utilize a local condo watch service and we will remove renter's without an adult on site. There will be NO REFUND if this rule is violated. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Beautiful condo in a very convenient location. Not too loud even during spring break. Awesome to have beach chairs set up for us everyday. The people working the chair/activity hut were really nice and helpful. Our family would definitely return to this condo!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo is nicely furnished with everything you would need for a week at the beach! It is nice having 2 full bathrooms available when it was time for our family to get ready to go out. The condo was clean and it is nice to have a keyless entry...made it much easier with the kids. Having 2 free beach chairs available on the beach was an excellent benefit of renting this condo. Pier Park is not too far away, with free summer concerts once a week. We had a great vacation, even with 3 days of a tropical storm. We would definitely choose this condo again when in PCB!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Loved the condo, great place for a family vacation, great location not to close to the teenage area of "spring break" but close enough that the kids still had fun!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Absolutely loved the condo! The location is excellent, very close to Pier Park and other attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly to anyone vacationing in the area. The condo was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything needed.Recommended for: Families with young children.
