Come and enjoy the winter view of mountains and lake. Our home is only 5 years old and is one of the newest homes in the Big Canoe Rental Market. You will feel very comfortable in this spacious, very nicely furnished and equipped home.
Main level features an open floor plan which allows you to visit with family and friends while in kitchen. Breakfast area next to kitchen, Island Bar and separate dining room have plenty of seating for the comfort of you, your family & guests. Kitchen has a dual fuel/convection oven, plus separate wall oven and microwave. It's also fully equipped with all you'll need for "cooking in". Gas Grill is located on grilling deck adjacent to kitchen.
We have Direct TV - Premiuim package and Ruku which allows streaming tv shows and movies through wireless router.
Cozy up in front of the fireplace in Living Room, or on Screened Porch and enjoy woodland view and deer. Master Bedroom on main includes a king size bed, en-suite bathoom with jetted tub and separate shower.
Terrace level features large great room with gas log fireplace, TV and game table with doors leading to huge open deck. The 3 additional bedrooms are on terrace level - two with Queen Beds; one with twin beds; plus a trundle bed which sleeps 2 is in the Great Room. All rooms on terrace level are bright and open with plenty of windows. Two of the bedrooms share one bath, and the third bedroom has it's own private bath, each with tub/shower combination.
Our beautiful home is close to Big Canoe's North Gate and minutes to Wildcat Recreation Center or Wolfscratch Village, the Marina, Golf, Fitness, Tennis and Clubhouse.
A book in the home has information on all the wonderful amenities in Big Canoe and for the surrounding towns.

High Season Rates apply for all "Holidays". Cleaning fee ranges from $100 to $175 depending on number of occupants. Cleaning fee included on week+ rentals.
