I would like to thank Luca for the wonderful stay we had in Rome. The apartment was exactly as pictured with a bottle of wine waiting for us. It was large, furnished with necessities and conveniently located with dozens of places to eat and walking distance to everything. He coordinated a car to pick us up and return us to the airport. The elevator (lift) was a must. The view from the windows was very picturesque. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to Rome. I am sure we will return one day and hope to stay here again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed here for 2 months (end of May- July 2012) and I cannot say one bad thing about this apartment, so here are all the Pros: Location- it is the absolutely the best. At the end of one block is the Spanish Steps, and 5 minutes the other way is the Trevi fountain and a super market to buy fresh food, or anything else you might need. The Metro stops in Piazza Barberini which connects you to all top sights in Rome, and the Termini to get to other locations as well. Rome's top shopping is at the bottom of the Spanish Steps, so you are very close in case you need to drop off your shopping bags and go back out for more shopping. You are never more than a 25 minute walk to ANYWHERE in Rome (including the Colosseo or the Vatican.) The apartment itself is on a quiet, and beautiful street, Via Sistina. Apartment- Large front room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. All linens provided. The apartment is clean and very very comfortable. The AC is also a fantastic feature in the summer. You can leave it off all day while you are sightseeing, and come home, and within 5 minutes it is freezing cold. Cant get much better than that. The views from the apartment are also amazing. You can see an great view of Roman rooftops, and to the street below. You can comfortably sleep 4-5 people in this apartment, and have all the comforts of home. Apartment Manager- Luca and his team are 5 star. They are incredibly responsive and always made sure that every expectation was not only met, but exceeded. They met me at the apartment when I arrived, and also arranged a private car service to pick me up from the airport (FCO) when I arrived and departed the apartment. He also had a bottle of wine and some fresh fruit waiting for me when I arrived. Thank you so much Luca!! Restaurants and Gelato close by- A great restaurant is right across the street- La Botto. They have fresh pasta and possibly the best pizza i found in all of Rome. The entire staff is very friendly, and would always welcome me whenever I would dine there, which ended up being ~2x/ week. The chef is also a constant in the dining area, coming by to make sure your food is the absolute best. There is also a gelato shop across the street next to the Il Sistina theatre (about 2 min away) called Blue Ice. They always have fresh gelato and rotating flavors. If you are craving a flavor you dont see, just ask one of the girls, and chances are they will get it for you from the back. Bottom line is the apartment is the very best!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This apartment was perfect for my stay in Rome. I could not think of a better location. It is right between the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain on a great little street in a nice area. The apartment is very close to the Barbarini metro line, which makes getting to the Vatican or Colosseum a breeze. The apartment has plenty of space and looks really nice. If I ever return to Rome, this would definitely be where I would stay again. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at a great price that includes all the space you could need. My husband and I were delighted with this great apartment.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

My family & I stayed here for 5 nights and it was incredible. The location is perfect - walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon, and there are tons of restaurants nearby as well. I you want to take the Metro, it's only 1 block away. The apartment is clean, has everything you need, and is very well maintained. The owner also arranged to have a driver pick us up at the airport and bring us to the apartment. The driver was a real gentleman and very helpful. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be close to all of the major sights but wants a clean & comfortable retreat at the end of the day.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The APARTMENT : SISTINA ADDRESS: VIA SISTINA 14 4° FLOOR is beautiful. It is centrally located in a very affluent area of Rome. It is at the top of the Spanish steps very close to all the exclusive highly priced hotels in Rome. The apartment is spacious and cozy at the same time. It very comfortable and it is fully equipped with many of the luxuries we have become accustom to in the US. Some examples provided: hair dryer, coffee maker, comfortable bedding, full kitchen, large dinning area, large family room sofa, TV & internet, and many more. Thank-you, Luca! The apartment will comfortably accommodate a family of 4, and in Rome, 5 people will still be better off in the apartment than a 4 star hotel. Luca is very informative and extremely helpful on planning your itinerary in Rome. His recommendations of restaurants were greatly appreciated. To and from the airport, he recommended a car service named Autonoleggio. Thanks Vittorio Moscato-(owner), I will always use you in Rome. In Rome, if you stay on the top of the Spanish steps or the bottom of the Spanish steps, you will enjoy your stay. Love, loved, loved Rome!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

First of all let me say that the apartment was large and roomy and had large windows that let in some cool breezes and afforded us a view of the Roman rooftops. Secondly it was located in a very central location to all the attractions. Three blocks from the Spanish Steps just up the street. Four or five blocks to the Trevi Fountain going the other direction. It was located half a block from a major street and Piazza Bernini where the metro station is located. We quickly walked to Villa Borghese, Via Veneto, the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Very convieniant to restaurants, cafes, gelato places and stores including two blocks to the grocery store where we purchased inexpensive cokes, milk, bread, cheese, ham and other supplies. Any problems we encountered were taken care of by Luca or his assistant Jacinta. It was a great place to stay and would not hesitate to stay there again or reccomend it to anyone else. A short distance to the train station called the Termini. The pictures look just like the place actually is. Bravo Luca!!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Light spacious apt. for 2 people in a good location, convenient for sightseeing and easy access to the metro and bus stops. Sistina is a very busy street with several restraurants, we recommend Pepy's, and close to a place (White's) with great gelato. We were very glad that there is an elevator in the building! At the end of the day, a ride to the fourth floor was very welcomed!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

Very spacious apartment in a great location within 5 minutes walk from the Spanish steps, Fontana di Trevi and all other Rome affractions. The apartent is quiet on the top forth floor with an elavator, was very clean and well equiped. There are plenty of restaurants and a couple of supermatkets around and Metro station and buses are very close. Luca and Jakinta were very courteous and helpful and there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived, Will be glad to use it again on my next trip.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
