  MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED HERE FOR 4 NIGHTS FOR OUR 35TH ANNIVERSARY. THIS CONDO IS VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE AT HOME. JOHN AND SHARON ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH AND AIM TO PLEASE. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE. IT IS VERY NICELY DECORATED. THEY LEFT US AN ANNIVERSARY CARD AND A BASKET OF SNACKS AND GOODIES WHICH WERE GREAT. THE LOCATION IS GREAT. CLOSE TO GREAT RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING. THANKS AGAIN JOHN AND SHARON FOR OUR WONDERFUL STAY AT YOUR CONDO.

  This was our second time staying. Hoping to return for a third. The discription and photos are accurate. Everything you need is there. Located close to major grocery stores and department stores - 5 to 7 minute drives. Lots of resturants. Close to Market Common. Broadway at the Beach - 15 min drive; Barefoot Landing - 25/30 minutes. Easy to get around town from Surfside. Beach is quiet - nice and relaxing! Owners are great. Nice basket of goodies! The kitchen is well supplied, but, if you plan on cooking bring your own knives; I like sharp knives. I like the layout of the condo bedrooms are upstairs and you can view the ocean from the kitchen. There is no elevator so there are stairs you. You have to carry everything up and down. We didn't have a problem but some might.

  We have rented this property a number of times in the past. It was very clean and the location couldn't be better - just steps from the beach. Eating breakfast on the balcony was a great way to start the day, and enjoying a glass of wine there was the perfect way to end it. Restaurants to check out: Valentino's II, The Surf Diner, Nance's in Murrells Inlet, Lee's Inlet Kitchen. Without question our vacation at this property was excellent!

  Our vacation was amazing! We were welcomed with a delightful welcome basket full of goodies that were just what our 9 & 11 year old needed after the drive! We received a phone call shortly after arriving from the owners making sure we had arrived safe, all was well with the condo and also some very helpful advice! The condo is spacious and had everything we needed, and then some. The closet full of puzzles, books and games was a special touch, perfect for a little rest between the friendly beach and comfy pool! Couldn't have asked for more! Thank you John and Sharon!

  This property is absolutely beautiful, convenient & very nicely maintained. You will not be disappointed in the condo or the owners! Very easy rental coordination, friendly and extremely nice owners. The condo was found to be extremely clean, up to date and had everything we could need. The lay out is excellent for a family and has a perfect view. This is the best location in this area for ease of travel as well as a non crowded beach. I would definately recommend this rental to anyone. We had two teenagers that we're free to go between the beach, pool & even the pier without any hesitation of their well being, while we could easily see them from our deck or beach site. Just perfect. Comfortable furniture, beds, very nice tv's & applicances. Truely a home away from home, not cheap or uncomforable in any way. The only downside is having to pack up and leave so soon!!

  My family had a wonderful stay at Surfside in this condo! The beach is so much less crowded than Myrtle Beach, but all the attractions are close by just the same. The condo is clean and well kept, right on the beach and better than the pictures. John and Sharon are wonderful to welcome you as their guests and make you feel right at home. Thanks for the welcome basket! Love the area and your condo!

  This is the 2nd time we have stayed at John's condo. This time we extended our stay to 3 months - and that has been great! We will be returning for Dec-March next year and hope to make that an annual event. Yes, this is becoming our winter home! John is a gracious "landlord" - no request is too small for his immediate attention. The unit is always spotless - john takes the time to ensure everything is cleaned properly after each stay. Sadly there are too many other condos where that is not the case! Nicely decorated and very comfortable this is a first-class accommodation and John is a first-class landlord! If you ever get an opportunity to stay here, take it - you will not be disappointed. We have a week to go in our 3 month stay here and next years 4 month booking says it all, right? Enjoyable... most enjoyable!

  We spent three months in this condo and it was like a second home to us. This was our fourth year staying in this area and the best place by far. Had a problem with the garbage disposal and John had it replaced within a day. The internet and long distance calling was installed while we were there. Would have loved to have come back next year, but it was already booked. Thanks John for a great three months.

  My girlfriend and I had one of the BEST and most RELAXING vacations ever here at Surfside and at this condo! The condo was in immaculate condition, with amazing beach views right outside the property! Waking up to the sound of the waves was surprisingly relaxing. The condo also had a small stock room full of beach equipment, such as chairs and umbrellas - so you can literally just come and setup right at the beach, which was steps from condo! We also had the pleasure of meeting the two owners and they indeed two of the nicest people you will meet. John was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating! We are already planning on coming back next year!

  Okay, as if it weren't enough that the owners are probably the two nicest people on the planet, this vacation property was BEYOND AWESOME!! The photos don't really do this condo justice as it presents very well. It was very clean and well-maintained. We had such a wonderful time. The week seemed to have whizzed by way too fast. That's okay, because I can say we will definitely be back next year!! We actually have a vacation property of our own in Florida but there's no doubt we will make plans to come back. The owners have thought of everything. The beach couldn't have been more perfect. The location is just close enough to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. John and Sharon, we can't thank you enough for everything.
