  This condo is first class in every aspect - well-stocked kitchen with updated appliances, great beds and bedding, outstanding bathrooms with plenty of towels, full washer & dryer with laundry detergent supplied and a beautiful balcony overlooking the golf course. I loved being able to walk the golf course early in the morning. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. One of my best VRBO rental experiences, and I've had many.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  This condo has all the amenities you need to make your stay in St. George feel like home! The fire place for cool evenings, two grills on the deck, gas or charcoal! West view with great sun sets. Steam shower, after a hard day of hiking. A full size fridge/freezer to put all the Trout in that you can catch, just down the road a bit. The king size bed is perfect! The garage was big enough for my motorcycle, trailer, and the Yukon. What a great place!

  We are frequent users of VBRO. The owners are great to work with. They have given their attention to every detail of the property. The condo is first class in amenities, yet so very comfortable. We visit St. George annually for the Huntsman Games, and love this side of town. Beautiful views, and convenient to shopping, restaurants, Tuacahn, and Snow Canyon. We hope to return next year. Do not hesitate to stay at this property.

  This condo is in pristine condition. The view to the back of the golf course is beautiful. The indoor and outdoor heated pool was extra nice. Some pools aren't heated nor have the indoor option. The owners were very quick to reapond to phone calls and E-mails and friendly to rent from. I give my visit a five star luxury stay.

  My husband and I stay at the Black Rock Condos each time we travel to St. George. We have stayed in several of the units here, but after staying in this condo, we refuse to stay anywhere else. This condo is absolutely beautiful. The amenities are top of the line and the unit is always impeccably clean. From the gorgeous kitchen upgrades to the patio that overlooks the golf course, this condo is phenomenal. If you have never experienced a steam shower, you are in for an amazing experience. If you are looking for a luxurious condo, look no further.

  We had an opportunity to stay at this lovely condo for a month and were more that pleased to find that is was not only as advertised but even better. The housekeeping service that was provided was amazing and the owners were gracious in making sure that as visitors we were made aware of all there was to do, see and eat in St George. We would not hesitate to recommend these accomadations to anyone and look forward to returning for our next Utah vacation.

  I feel that Tracy & Sandy are old friends that we found after losing track of each other, we're not, but that's how we were treated right from the start, all our questions were answered, all our worries were taken care of, we arrived at the condo and it was perfect, just like they said. The beds were comfy, the living room cozy, the kitchen perfect and the steam shower to die for, especially after a day on the ball diamonds at the senior games. The balcony overlooking the golf course was great in the shady afternoon and the barby was put to good use. It was a beautiful place to stay , the only problem was two weeks was not enough.
