Enjoy this wonderful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom single family home located one block from the beach and two blocks north of the Starboard. Sleeps 6 - 8.
Off street parking (3 cars parked within sidewalk perimeter). Any additional cars will need a parking permit from the Town of Dewey Beach during the extended summer season.
Front balcony off the great room, widow's walk/deck on roof with views of the ocean and private fenced in yard (great for dogs). Outside shower added in 2013!
TV's with cable located in Great Room and Master Bedroom.
WIFI for wireless internet access.
All new Pella windows/doors and fresh paint (November 2010).
Fully equipped kitchen on 2nd floor with Great Room, 1/2 bath and 6 person dining room table. Open galley kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, pots, pans, plates, utensils and more.
Master bedroom - queen bed, dresser, chest of drawers, lots of closet space with private full bath and access to back yard.
Bedroom #2 - two twin beds, dresser with mirror and full closet

This house was very comfortable and well equipped. The furnishings were tasteful and everything was clean. I loved the layout of the house... 3 bedrooms on 1st floor with open concept living room, dining, and kitchen on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor has nice big sliding windows that allow for great air flow and a good sized walkout balcony. Having a fenced in yard was great for our dogs and the neighborhood was very pleasant to walk them around. Both the bay and the ocean were in easy walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We (me, my wife, & our 50 pound lab) had a wonderful, relaxing time during our stay. The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is comfortable, cozy, clean, and located in a very convenient spot. The bedrooms (& 2 bathrooms) are on the first floor. The master bed was truly one of the most comfortable beds we have come across in a rental! The second floor was a large open room with living room, dining room, kitchen, & 1/2 bath. This was perfect spot to hang out & relax! The kitchen was equipped with everything that you could need. Thanks for included wifi! We used many times in planning our daily excursions. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog! This house is a great spot to bring your furry friend! This was our first trip to Dewey Beach & very nearby Rehobeth Beach. We visited during the week of Thanksgiving, and there was just so much to do. We walked Rehobeth Avenue each day, enjoying the many shops. We shopped at the outlets, took a day trip to Cape Henlopen, and visited Ocean City. We very much enjoyed the MANY wonderful restaurants that this area has to offer. Our favorites include The Summer House, Fins Fish House, Finbars Irish Pub, and even the little restaurant across the street was tasty! Stephanie was a wonderful host & very easy to work with. Thanks for sharing your little corner of paradise with us!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This was a wonderful house to enjoy with the family (and our dogs!). The kitchen/family room layout was open enough to make meals and socialize. The deck, the balcony and the widow's walk were great spaces to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We especially liked how close the house was to the beach and to restaurants! We hope to make visiting this house a tradition!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners.

Just came back from a girl's week-end away. Five girls and we couldn't have had a better time! We stayed at the place the whole week-end! Ate, drank, played games, talked, laughed and even enjoyed Mortimer's company! The house was absolutely wonderful. Home away from home. Had everything we needed. My family and I have rented this Dewey Beach rental on and off for the past few years and all I can say is perfect, perfect, perfect. Close to all of Dewey Beach's nightlife and a few steps outside the door and boarding is available for the Rehobeth Beach Jolly Trolley (takes you to main street Rehobeth Beach shops and restaurants) Park your car and you never have to drive the entire time of your stay. 1 block from the beach means complete convenience to relaxing on the beach, returning back to the house for a bite to eat, then back to the beach! The house's layout is unique in that the bedrooms are on the lower, entry door floor. The large family room, dining area and kitchen are on the second floor. This layout is great if you have folks who want to retire to bed early and those who want to stay up and party. The widow's walk deck on the roof is great, day or night, to get a spectacular view of the beach and all of Dewey's charm. The balcony off the family room area has the best breezes from the ocean and bay side. Impeccably clean; comfortable, functional furniture. If you're looking for a wonderful, get-a-away, vacation week or weekend, this is the place!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
