“Cadiz Cottage” is a classic French West Indies architectural style cottage with open spaces and a large, wrap around veranda to provide shade and cool evening breezes. Centrally located South of 30A in Rosemary Beach, “Cadiz Cottage” is just a 3 minute stroll to the beach, Rosemary town center, Coquina Pool and tennis center. Offering a great room with dining area, full kitchen, 1 bedroom, full bath, 800 square feet of verandas and a private courtyard, all lit with the glow of gas lanterns. Sleeps 5, or reserve with the main home “Andalusia” to accommodate 10 additional guests (see 'Andalusia' listing for details, VRBO # 340323).

'Cadiz Cottage' is comfortably appointed to accommodate 5 guests:
• Entertain your family and guests in the great room, featuring a sofa and accent chair, 2 doors leading to the wrap-around veranda, architectural lighting, 32” flat panel Blue-Ray HDTV (NetFlix ready), and wireless high speed internet connectivity.
• Professional kitchen features solid-surface countertops, full-size stainless steel appliances: gas 4-burner range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and deep stainless steel sink.
• Feast in your dining area with seating for 6.
• Separate bedroom sleeps 3 (twin over full bunk bed) and a queen Sealy Sleeper sofa in the living room that sleeps 2.
• Full bath with porcelain-bowl vanity, walk-in therapy shower, Egyptian cotton towels & bath amenities.
• Laundry nook with washer and dryer.
Outdoors:
• Unwind in the walled garden courtyard with conversation seating, gas BBQ and fountain.
• Wrap-around veranda on 2nd level with seating area to watch sunsets and the world go by.
• Garage parking for 2 cars.

We enjoyed having beautiful weather during our stay! We loved spending Thanksgiving here and would do it again any day. It was very humid but felt amazing. We spent much of our time riding bikes, going to the pool, visiting the beautiful beach, and browsing the stores in downtown. There was only one day of clouds. We relaxed at the pool and the beach, ate at great restaurants, enjoyed bike rides and ate at the Sugar Shack. The cute park was perfect for my son to play in, and we visited the outlets in PCB. The cottage location was perfect and the neighborhood was great! We had the best time! It was much needed rest and play for our family. We explored downtown, rented bikes, ate tapas and fondue. We had perfect weather with warm, sunny days and cool, breezy nights. Strolling through the town, playing on the beach and enjoying the pools was truly the best way to spend our time. The weather was sunny, hot and wonderful. We visited the beach and enjoyed some sugar pies. We also had wonderful fondue. The little details that really mattered were spending time with the family.
