This beautiful three bedroom plus den condo is the perfect place for a fun and relaxing vacation! Each of the bedrooms is equipped with a ceiling fan and a wall-mounted TV, and the den features a comfortable queen-size futon. The sun filled rooms overlook the Jack Nicholas Signature golf course and the landscaped park area. The floor plan is especially inviting with the kitchen opening up into the living and dining rooms. Another comfortable "retreat" is a spacious screened in balcony just off of the living room.
The condo is ideally situated just steps away from the Sun Ridge Pool and Tennis Recreation Center. In addition to the swimming pool and tennis courts, the Recreation Center has both a volleyball and basketball court, well-equipped fitness center, snack bar, “splash-zone”, and a 20-person hot tub.
Both day and night you will find numerous activities for all ages within the Bayside community, and then just outside the main gate is a Harris Teeter grocery store along with additional stores and conveniences. A little further up Route 54, are numerous amusements, restaurants, and shopping, as well as the beautiful Maryland and Delaware beaches. A complimentary shuttle will transport you from the condo to the beach---another wonderful service available to our guests.

THE UNIT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND AT A GREAT LOCATION. A WONDERFUL PLACE TO VACATION WITH YOUR FAMILY NO MATTER HOW OLD OR YOUNG THEY ARE!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our family loved every minute of our lovely condo, Bayside luxuries, and DE/MD Beaches. This condo is situated ideally next to the pool, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball, parks, and golf course. We had a wonderful nature walk ending with rides on the carousel, playing in the park, and an ice cream cone from the Blue Scoop. The condo owners thought of everything! The place is immaculate, welcoming, and first rate. Thank you! Thank you!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Fenwick Island:
Over the years we've enjoyed many vacations at the Maryland and Delaware with family and friends. I LOVE the beach. but my husband LOVES golf, and our sons are happiest being active. When we first experienced Bayside, it soon became apparent---we had found the perfect vacation spot for the entire family! My favorite place to relax (and to escape)is The Pointe, where I pack a book, chair, bagful of goodies, and spend the day with my feet in the sand, surrounded by the bay, the birds, and quiet nature. Meanwhile my husband is planning a golf outing with friends or family. Our sons enjoy fishing, bodysurfing, basketball, tennis, and a whole host of other activities within the Bayside community or just outside the gates. There is something for each of us, as well, as plenty of activities we enjoy as a family, such as an evening at The Cove for snacks or dinner, maybe a concert at the Freeman stage, a bocce tournament, or backgammon and cards enjoyed poolside at the Sun Ridge Center. Even a rainy day is fun at Bayside, especially while relaxing in our spacious and comfortable condo!
