Beautiful fifth floor oceanview side unit with southern exposure located on 110th Street. Unit offers a view of the beach, ocean and the bay from the many windows or balcony. Building amenities include a recently renovated heated indoor pool, outdoor tennis court, half court indoor basketball, game room (table tennis, foosball, pool tables, and arcade games), gym, and sauna. There is a large, oceanfront sundeck steps away from the beach

There have been many restaurants that have closed to build condos. We have updated our kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals in the condo. If you want for anything you can call us and we will provide it for you!

Open floor plan offers plenty of living space.Bedroom one has one queen bed, and bedroom two has two queen beds. There are also two queen sleep sofas - one in the living room and one in the den. Two full baths. Extra large living room and kitchen. Separate dining table. New washer and dryer in the unit. Large hot water heater. One parking spot - public parking is within walking distance for extra vehicles. Unit was completely refurbished/refurnished within the past three years. 24 Hour security onsite.
