Fantastic mountain views from this comfortable home in sunny West Vail. The home is conveniently located and is easily accessible to all of the attractions in Vail, but also in Beaver Creek and Arrowhead.
Your accommodations here are but one block to the free town of Vail bus stop, so you can leave the car behind and don't need to pay the $25 daily parking fee at the Village or at Lionshead. This is especially advantageous for families with teenage snowboarders and skiiers, for the home has a front door keypad combination lock and they can come and go as they want, simply by catching the bus. You don't have to wait for them any more at the base,wondering where they are. (The bus comes every fifteen minutes during ski season.)
Your home away from home is three blocks to the strip mall where there are restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, hardware and sporting goods stores. A Wal-Mart Super Store and Home Depot are just two exits West on I-70. This is especially important for families who need to buy groceries or maybe a new parka for a child who has outgrown their old one.
