We are looking forward to our stay in 2012...we had such a wonderful time at this house in 2011 and 2010. Perfect for family reunions. The pool is the best, we almost never leave it...when we do we go to the nearby Bay Beach.

We live in Los Angelos. Our kids and grand kids live on the East Coast. We met for a family week together. What a perfect house for this. The kids loved the pool and almost never wanted to go any place else. We loved the fact that there as so many good restaurants nearby. We never had to brave the crowds in town,unless someone wanted to. We hope to do this again sometime and will certainly choose this lovely home.

We had an fantastic time at the house. We loved the lend, leave library and read some amazing book while resting by the pool. We are looking forward to our return visit this year. The pool is a real SWIMMING Pool. Location is perfect as well. Near the water, away from the crowds but near enough to enjoy them, if we choose.

We have had repeated family reunions at this lovely property, both during the Summer season and during the off season. It has become the place for us to spend a week or two with our East Coast Family. We all look forward to the time we spend here. In 2008 we had a beautiful 2 week vacation in June. The weather was perfect. Though we all love the nearby beaches, we spent most of our time in the perfectly landscaped backyard, sitting by the pool. The plantings almost look tropical...I'm not sure how Beverly does it. We also spent a week in January, cooking and warming ourselves by the fire. The felling of this house in the cool weather is warm and cozy. We can't wait to see our Kids and Grand Kids again this year, in what we have begun to feel is OUR East Hampton home.

We had a lovely stay last Fall and intend to come back this year. The house has everything, even an extra toothbrush, should you forget yours. Ahhh, what a wonderful pool.

We had a great time as a family at this warm and comfortable home. The pool and the deck were spectacular. The house was great! We were 7; so the 2.5 bathrooms and lots of space worked great. What we also had was a great time due to the owner's personal attention to detail, to the chef's kitchen (fully supplied with all equipment), and to the weekly cleaning service.We we biked to the beach everyday, or sat and read by the gloriously sunny pool. In the evening we would dine outside on the deck. It was an unbelievable value for the location.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway.

August 2007 Despite the rain (only week it rained this summer) you ideas about how to pass the time were perfect. We enjoyed visiting your Vinyards and look forward to seeing them improve. Wolffer had one that was almost there. We loved the restaurants and stores you recommended. Nich and Tony's was superb. Michael's was down home and wonderful. We took full advatage of you exchange library. We left 4 and took 2. We liked you taste in books. Hopefully we will make it back next year to better weather. Thank you for all your kindnesses. Beautiful, sunny pool...quiet...very close to the beach...a store just down the road...great local restaurants. 5 minutes to town but you feel a million miles away...WOW!!!

I rented this house for 2 weeks last July and can't wait go back again this coming summer. I am also planning to rent it off season. The beds are comfortable aand the owner obviously tries to make you feel at home. Trust her recommendations.

The house is lovely, clean and simply, but well decorated. The pool is beautiful! For the price you are incredibly near the water. I prefer the bay beaches for swimming.
