This is a two-story villa with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Each bedroom has its own private full bath and ample closet space. The master suite with a king size bed is located on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a large great room with living and dining area, open to a roomy kitchen with a breakfast nook. In the great room you can find a scenic lagoon view, a cozy fireplace, a queen sofa sleeper, and a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player. The screened-in porch, with a third dining table, can be accessed from both the great room and the master suite. A half-bath is located just off the foyer and a full-sized washer and dryer are located in a separate utility room. Upstairs are a queen bedroom and twin bedroom each with separate full baths. The unit and surrounding Brigantine area are also equipped with wireless Internet. With such ample living space, everyone has a place to relax.
Brigantine Quarters is nestled in a secluded area of Shipyard Plantation. The 46-unit community, set on spacious grounds, recently underwent renovations that include new granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, new maple cabinets, new carpet, beautiful ceramic tile in the four bathrooms, new appliances, all new living room furniture, and fresh paint.
Within the Brigantine Community, guests can enjoy two pools (the small one is heated in early spring and late fall), two tennis courts, a well-equipped playground, several outdoor gas grills, and a number of benches, picnic tables, and lawn swings. Brigantine guests have exclusive access to the Brigantine beach gate, which provides an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, great local shops, restaurants, and a grocery located in Coligny Plaza. Moreover, you can ride your bike or drive and park at the Shipyard boardwalk, located next to the Shipyard beach club with lockers, snack bar, and immediate beach access. In addition, you can enjoy miles of paved bike paths within Shipyard or play golf on Shipyard’s acclaimed 27-hole golf course. Bike rentals can be ordered and dropped off at your front door step from one of many bike rental companies on the island.
Hilton Head is a great vacation destination, with unlimited activities including going to the beach, fishing, crabbing, jet skiing, general boating, kayaking, water skiing, golfing, miniature golf, biking, shopping, and dining at incredible restaurants. Nearby destinations include the exclusive Dafuskie Island (short ferry ride), Savannah (40 miles), and Beaufort (40 miles). You'll never run out of things to do!

Why the Owner Chose Brigantine Quarters:
We're the Marsico's from Canfield, Ohio. We began vacationing in Brigantine when our children were in grade and high schools. We decided to purchase the unit after we realized that we would never find a more perfect villa for our multi-generational family. Now, my mom, our grown children, and our grandchildren continue to spend time vacationing together as a family in Brigantine.
