  Thank you, Bill & Jacquie, once again! We had amazing weather the entire weekend and couldn't have asked for a more blessed time :-) The house worked perfectly for our 3 families (3 generations) with each family having their own level/space, yet plenty of room for us to spend quality time together playing games, watching March Madness, eating or just hanging out! Easy access to the beach for quality time playing frisbee or just walking and taking lots of family pictures!! Always enjoy walking into town just a few blocks away and taking in the cute shops. Definitely will return for our 3rd visit, soon.

  Jim's Place was a wonderful gathering spot for the entire family. It has three levels with a full bath on each level. Lots of room to hang out and get ready for what the day offers. The living area "great room" was so comfortable and welcoming. The beach is only 2 blocks away and couldn't be more convenient. Can't to return to this wonderful house.

  Our family had a memorable Christmass in this beautiful, well equipped home. Everything was clean , well maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. It accommodated our 8 person, family perfectly. Being a few blocks from the charming downtown and only one block from the beach was just right. We found lots of things to do in the area, and will happily return to Jim's Place another year.

  The house was great. It was just as advertised. Awesome location, well stocked, had no problems at all and had a great weekend with friends.

  October 5-7-2012 Perfect weather ~ perfect company ~ perfect accomodations! This is the 15th year our Small Group (couple's) have gotten away together for a weekend. We all agreed, by far, it has been the best accomodations yet! Comfy beds, well equiped kitchen, easy access to the beach (even for someone who has difficulty walking); and has a homey feel to it, yet lots of privacy. Thank you Jim & Jacquie, for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy your get-away! We'll definitely return :-)

  My parents were visiting from Ireland and we spent three lovely nights around Labor Day at this beach house. Its access to the beach was perfect, not right on the beach, but about a block from it, which kept the wind away. This house had more than enough room for our family of 6 and it was so nice to get away from the rat race for a few days! I would recommend this home to other potential renters. Thank you for letting us rent your home!

  Jim's Place is amazing!! We absolutely loved it, we stayed for a week and that was too short. The house is very relaxing, everything is in walking distance and I would highly recommend Jim's Place for anybody wanting a lovely getaway. We stayed with six adults and one baby and their was plenty of room for everyone. We had lots to do from walking on the beach watching beautiful sunsets and shopping in the lovely shops. Lots of cozy restaurants if you felt like eating out but not necessary because the house has a beautiful kitchen. Thank you so much for making this gem available to rent!!

  This was our third stay at Jim's Place. We've stayed here in the past with friends and each couple had their own space. It was perfect. This time we stayed there with our 3 young adult kids - all in their 20's and each of them had their own space on the main floor and downstairs, while my hubby and I enjoyed the king bed upstairs. This place is so comfortable and relaxing. Our daughter, who was away from her two small kids for a mommy-break for 2 nights, slept a LOT because she said her bed was so inviting and luxurious compared to where she lives. :-) The weather was lovely during most of our weekend and many walks were taken, including into town to shop and stroll. I'm looking forward to renting Jim's Place again soon! Thanks Bill and Jacquie!

  We so enjoyed our stay at Jim's place. We were close to the beach and town in an area without much wind. The house comes with great bedding and beds on three levels which affords greater ability for privacy. We will go there again.
