Our house is a charming 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully furnished house located in Kaleden British Columbia. This large family home has a private fenced patio, beautiful garden area and deck. A large 2 car garage with extra vehicle parking on the property are a benefit for boat trailers and seadoos. The area is very family oriented and renters are asked to respect the community by keeping a low-noise profile.
The house is nestled among Ponderosa pine trees and rests on a slight slope 300 meters from Skaha Lake, a fantastic park, sandy beach, two lighted tennis courts, out door tables, washroom, change room, large sheltered gazebo, and a boat launch.
In addition, the historic KVR railway linear park offers a lovely walk or bike ride along the lake either south to Okanagan Falls or north to Penticton. You will notice beautiful spring and summer flowers, vineyards, and wildlife on your peaceful morning jaunts.
Kaleden is located South of Penticton. A 15 minute drive to Penticton will provide you with all the amenities and hustle and bustle of city life...just enough to remember the tranquil setting when you get back to our Kaleden home.
