We've stayed at other condos in Mammoth and found our experience at this one to be the best. First of all, it feels off the beaten path but really it's central to town. We found everything about our visit and stay in a word 'convenient'. It's hard to find nice places that are truly comfortable, who allow pets. This was PERFECT for the two of us and our dog. This was also the quietest stay we've ever had in Mammoth. Felt like we lived there. Met some locals. Everyone was friendly including the property owners who made sure it was a simple process for us to check in and out. Because we can only drive at night to come to Mammoth, their late night organization was really appreciated. So...THANK YOU, and we will be back!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Samantha, so glad you enjoyed your stay, and hope to see you again soon!!!

We did a last minute booking. They were quick to respond and very accommodating. There was 2 of us plus our two dogs. We thought it was going to be tiny with all the review comments. We were surprised on how clean and comfortable it was. The reason the place did not seem so small was the layout is done very well. The place has updated kitchen and bath. It is very well kept and extremely clean which makes you feel comfortable and at home. The jacuzzi and trash are very close. The condo is located in town and it is an easy walk to food and shopping. Very dog friendly complex and everyone is very conscious of picking up after their animals. We were also surprised on how quite it was. We were on the first floor and could not hear the guests above who had children and pets with them. We will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your place with us.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: thanks teri, glad you enjoyed the unit! Hope to hear from you again!

This is a very comfortable property which is very convenient for everything that Mammoth has to offer. I felt that the quality of the furnishings were very high quality. I also appreciated the convenience! The fireplace was very nice! The bed was comfortable! The kitchen was perfect sized. Highly recommended! Great value!Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

My husband and I stayed with our dog at the condo in May of this year. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped. The upgrades done to the unit were beautiful. The place is small as an earlier reviewer said, but it's more than fine if you plan on spending most of your day enjoying all the outdoor activities the Mammoth area has to offer - it might be cramped if you were planing on spending all your time holed up inside. I think you could even comfortably have a small child with you in addition to two adults and a dog, as long as you didn't plan to spend most of your time in the condo. So here is a summary - the listing is as described, the photos accurately reflect the appearance, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the owner was helpful in answering question. I would recommend the property to others.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers.
Owner response: Glad you and yours had a nice stay!!

This would be a nice place for a couple (with a small child maybe) or a single person on a budget. Probably a little tight, space-wise, for two adults. For this visit, it was just myself and a well-behaved sheltie named Belle. Very basic condo; not fancy or high-zoot but it's clean/quiet - which is all I was interested in for a full week-long ski gig. Full kitchen which is always nice - far better than more expensive hotel options in the area. I went the week after Easter so things were pretty quiet, and the weather cooperated so I could easilly drive to the main lodge (half the mountain is shut down after Easter, so prepare to drive or hassle with the limited bus service). I did feel a bit stupid for not figuring out that the shower had a control lever for the pressure flow (I was there several nights before figuring it out ... was ready to complain about the lack of pressure before hitting the "duh" moment!). And if I had read the info. sheet sent with the rental, I would have realized that there was instructions about using the small firestove (not really a 'fireplace') ... but it was nice enough outside that I just used the thermostat for heat control, and didn't take the time to feed the stove with wood. No problem to get the key from the door lock but returning to the lock hanging on the door took a bit longer (DON'T use the center button to re-lock this box, just push this when you're trying to open! Use the top lever/button for re-locking this plate). Overall, Pam made this a very easy rental, and I found it to be an outstanding value for the money ... close to stores, etc. which was nice (and in late spring, using a car or walking is a LOT less of an issue than the middle of winter.) I was a bit hesitant to post this since I'd like to stay here again, and don't want it to get too booked, eh?! If you want something fancy (and expensive) try the condos in the village - and be prepared to pay two or three times the price per person; in the winter, with everything open on the mountain, it is nice to be able to just park the car at a village condo and take the gondola to Canyon for skiing fun (but, again, half the mountain closed after Easter and staying at the village doesn't do you much good in this regard).Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thanks Rob, appreciate the nice review, glad you and Belle enjoyed yourselves, and hope to see you in Mammoth again soon!
