  We wanted a quiet getaway with kids. There were 5 couples and seven kids that we wanted a place to accommodate us all. This house was perfect for families with kids. There were toys to keep kids of all agents entertained making it easy for the adults enjoy the fantastic pool area. One of the great things about this house is that it has a perfect big kitchen with living room space connected making it great for us to all hang out together without feeling cramped. We enjoyed our nights BBQing with the huge grill provided on site and then games at night. The rooms were plenty big for us to bring pac n plays for the smaller kids and room for the bigger ones to sleep in. Mark was so great to work with and answered very quickly with any concerns. Mark greeted us on our first day there and provided a great tour and made sure we were all set. All couples who stayed had such a great time. We would totally rent this house again. Thanks Mark!

  I WANTED THIS MILESTONE EVENT TO BE ENJOYABLE, RESTFUL, INTIMATE AND JUST THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO HELP US CELEBRATE MY HUSBAND'S 60TH. WHAT COULD BE MORE FITTING THAN HIS HIGH SCHOOL CLASSMATES WHO ARE LIKE FAMILY TO US. THAT MEANS I NEED TO SEARCH FOR A HOUSE THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE 10 COUPLES. THAT'S WHEN THIS HOME AT THE HAMPTONS COME INTO THE PICTURE. A GREAT GETAWAY...HOME AWAY FROM HOME...EVERYBODY HAS THEIR PRIVACY AND ENOUGH BATHROOMS (VERY IMPORTANT) ! FROM THE OUTSIDE IT IS VERY DECEIVING BECAUSE ONCE INSIDE IT IS HUGE YET WARM AND COZY, SO MANY NOOKS AND CRANNIES, WELL- FURNISHED FROM BEDS, TOWELS, SHEETS TO PLASMAS, DVDS AND WI-FI. NOT TO MENTION THEIR HOT-TUB, WHERE WE FREQUENT BEFORE ENJOYING THE POOL THAT WAS SO REFRESHING....IF THE WEATHER FORECAST IS NOT SO GREAT, NOT TO WORRY....THE OWNER HAS AMASSED THIS COLLECTION OF GAMES FROM WII TV TO ARCADE GAMES AND TOYS IN ADDITION TO POOL TABLE, PING PONG.....THIS HOME IS NEAR TO A GREAT BEACH WHERE YOU CAN BASK IN THE SUN EITHER TO HAVE SOME TAN OR SOME VITAMIN D'S..... AND THE TOWN IS JUST A STONE THROW AWAY. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY WHICH I/WE FOUND SO IMPRESSIVE WAS THE OWNER WAS ALWAYS REACHABLE FOR OUR INQUIRIES AND CONCERNS, ETC...NOT A MANAGER OR REPRESENTATIVE BUT THE OWNER HIMSELF. AND THAT IS JUST AWESOME .....THERE'S A PERSONAL TOUCH. NEEDLESS TO SAY, MY HUSBAND WAS SURPRISED, NEVER HAD A CLUE AND WE HAD THE BEST BLAST EVER..... AND THANKS TO THIS ONE OF A KIND HOMEOWNER WHO WAS INSTRUMENTAL FOR ITS SUCCESS. A COOL GETAWAY, A PERFECT LOCATION AND A GREAT OWNER ! DEFINITELY THE PLACE TO GO TO CELEBRATE A MILESTONE EVENT, TO SPEND A VACATION OR JUST MERELY TO UNWIND, RECHARGE AND ENJOY LIFE.

We do have the most games, vintage toys, sports and activites then any one around, imo. No one else comes close in that area...lol.. and we do combine some luxury, comfort and class..at least that is my intention. Whether it is the new Netflix wifi, game room with "jurassic park pinball and Ms pacman video arcade, ping pong, pool table, you name it we offer it and then the sports: swimming, volleyball, badmitten, basketball, tennis, whiffle ball all on premises. You are the best (and pleasing on the eyes_ do come back ya all!!) thanks again. And we go year round with the solarium outdoors with the big hot tub in there it gets 90 degrees in winter on a sunny day in that outdoor hot tub--feels like the tropics...lol. and we are upgrading again for next year so stay tuned we want to eventually compete with Walt Disney World for parent and kids and kids of all ages--got that inner child in you and you like fun? check us out. thanks.

  THIS IS NOW RATED OUR #1 VACATION LOCATION FOR 2012. We chose this location to have our annual summer family vaca . We had my wife, two sons, myself and 9 others, so thirteen people and with all the bedrooms we had plenty of space with more rooms than we could fill. The layout of the house was well thought out 1st floor had very large living room large flat panel tv on wall and bright sunny windows facing the pool, Kitchen was large and had two nice large refrigerators nice professional stove & oven. The 1st flr also had a Huge bedroom with glass sliding doors that open up & bring you in front of patio deck & pool, also had large bathroom & private hot tub. their were a couple other nice bedrooms & bathrooms on the first flr, but the one that faces the pool really stood out as my favorite. 2nd flr had a couple of large nice bedrooms with sunny large windows facing the pool, and upstairs game area with arcades etc.., The Basement that was turned into a kids paradise! labyrinth with rooms of lots of toys, a large game room with pool table, and other games arcade etc.., The lower level will keep kids busy all day long... The house also had a nice tennis court, volleyball court, pro pingpong table and the POOL was great! heated by solar panels so the water was a perfect temp even at night. their was also another smaller private house that was next to the pool, we had so much room in the main house that we did not even really need to use it. Oh and has a really nice Grill on patio that we loved to cook on. There is nothing really negative I can think of about this place, except maybe one thing, trying to get the kids out of the house. The kids had such a great time with all the arcades and toys that we could hardly get them out of the house to see west Hampton or the beach. I could go on all day about this place. Oh and Mark the owner, was a very courteous guy, nice and helpful with anything we needed. He was really a great guy. he never failed us when we were looking for directions to get somewhere. I think we called him like six times trying to find this famous pancake house Luncheonette place and he never got frustrated or he did not show that he was at least and actually offered to drive out and follow us to make sure we all found the locations we wanted to go to, when we were not sure how to get somewhere.   This place was amazing! It’s incredibly spacious with lots of rooms and little hidden rooms. The owner provides old school arcade games; and although no kids attending this trip, the adults had a blast playing Galaga. Fresh towels and bed linens were provided as well so no need to pack extra items. I recommend this property to families, girl’s trip, or just a couple’s getaway. Loads to do; swimming, tennis, BBQ or just stay in by the fireplace and cuddle on the couch with the big screen TV. Enjoy!

  Our family of 15 members stayed at Mark's house for a weekend. It was great fun and we all had an unforgettable memory there. Before we arrived, we can't imagine we can stay in the house without going out. The fact is, the house has so many entertainments that everyone found his favorite. The pool table, big TV with all kinds of wii games, the tennise court, basketball court, big living room for the whole family to gather together during the evening, and the chef's kitchen with all kind of cookers that you may not even think about. The swimming pool area is a great palace for our outdoor BBQ. Although it is still too cold for swimming, we still enjoy a lot by lying on the deck chair enjoying the sun and having BBQ... It will be more fun if in the summer. There are plenty of rooms and beds for sleeping. So never need to worry about staying a big family. What's more, mark's collection of toys, table games, DVD and books will surprise you all. Once you stay in the house you will never find it a hard time for entertainment...

  Owner response: First I want to thank Judy and her wonderful family and friends from Asia for their choosing us to 'get down with'..lol..and stay and relax and polay tennis sit around the pool etc etc., Judy is one of those truly 'beautiful' and loving to her family and friends type of perso. Sure Summer is our middle name at hamptonbedandbeach.com for all the extras and a heated pool from April thru October we also go year round with a unique and one of a kind 'treasure hunt' game for those gamers, and we had the distinctione of showcasing Hamptonbedandbeach when we appeared on cable on the WE channel as a 'fun' Hampton estates and houses when they came out to film us and several other places. Later 'Planet Hollywood' the cabaret, restaurant chain 'knocked' off my game that I demonstrated-- even so we still offer it 'our way' in the game room at Hamptonbedandbeach along with all the amenities, activiites, fun stuff--toys and games for tots etc.. and i think we are now ready for a another stupendous and fun Summer and all year round experience of Hamptons meets Disney, imo. a place for kids of all ages.   We rented the house from 12/19-12/28/2011. My family including my husband and I live in different parts of the country- and we all gathered at marks house in westhampton- We are all orginally from Long Island but now live all over the country. We needed a house that was big enough for all of us. The house was not exactly as we pictured it- but it worked out great. Mark is very nice -he met us when we first arrived and showed us all around and told us how to work the different " toys" he had for those who rent from him. The toys are things like the hot tub- the ping pong table- the pool table the arcade games - the little gym- He seems to have thought of everything people could want to make their stay complete so no one ever has to leave for anything! There is so much to do and so much to look at he is a real collector of nostaglia and he has so many games. We were 11 adults and we were like kids playing with all the toys! We really had so much fun - we had alot of company for christmas and the house felt comfortable and everyone had a great time. It was awesome to use the tredmill that is outside on a deck- mind you it is winter but between the sun and the enclosed windows it was great! Several of us used the tredmill and we all agreed we had the best workouts! The kitchen has everything you need to cook and more- there are tons of glasses and dishes and pots and pans - plenty of room- the center island is huge and works out great to have a buffet on it and stil plenty of room for folks to sit around it and eat- The kitchen turned out to be a real gathering place for us. There is a TV in everyroom and dvd player and the upstairs has a huge open area with a 83" tv and the "kids" who are all adults had so fun fun playing the "wi" game and the arcade games. The poolhouse worked out great for us too- it was occupied with my daughter and her husband and there is bathroom in there and a frig and bar and sink. The basement is like never ending room after room- with a great play room for kids -a pool table I saw at least 5 golf bags for anyones use if they golf- There are 2 beds down there which we did not have to use but it was pretty cozy and for sure teenagers would LOVE it down there- All in all we had a great time- this house is a true hampton rental with more ammenties than you can imagine. We did not use the tennis court or volley ball or the pool or the hot tub since it was winter- but its awesome having all these things available. Maybe next year!

  I took my family out for a post-Labor Day September stay as this is one of the best times of the year to enjoy the Hamptons. We usually look for bed-and-breakfast places, but this year we wanted to try something different and rent a fully appointed house. We could not have been more happy with our choice. The house was great and the owner gave us an in-depth tour upon our arrival. The house had everything a family could want for entertainment and fun. The whole family loved using the tennis court and pool, playing the classic arcade games, and exploring all the amazing treasures in the basement club-room. I would certainly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun-filled and truly unique experience for their family.

We at our Deluxe Hampton estate really go out of our way to insure our rentals have the best vacation experience ever no matter what the time of year. Few realize that despite having all these great Summer amentities and activities we are one of the few places realy set up for a complete and very satisfying year round rental, whether it be a short term or longer rental enjoyable experience. We have activities for Fall, Winter, Spring and of course Summer. For Fall and Winter we have the outdoor hot tub in our unique solarium so with any sunlight at all the solarium really feels like the tropics in that solarium and everyone loves to be in the topics in Winter..lol.. and our amazing Wood burning stove fireplace insert in thr main living room (we have 2 living room areas one for adults and one for children of all ages with the big screen movie theatre upstairs(HD in 83 inches)). Again the Avalon new wood stove is addictive with all the free wood you can burn, our romantic indoor 2 person jacuzzi in the Honeymoon suite and perpetual fireplace in the upstairs Las vegas suite are very thrilllling, satisfying, for some very sexy and cozy. Our arcade video games and new Jurassic Park pinball arcade game is a winner!! our clubroom is complete with a professional pool table, and ping pong table and classic board games and toys for tots and kids for all ages and our unique toy museum featured on the WE channel with our own game we pioneered that is a big hit for all ages for our many return rentals and new friends. And for Summer nothing beats, imo, our outdoor activities with the heated pool and clay tennis court, new professional volleyball court, baskteball courts, wraparound deck, gardens and meditative pond and of course 2500 titles in out film library (cult classics). And If cooking is your forte thedn have a go at our chef's kichen complete with everything you would wantor need to prepare that rgeat family meal. Snd we have plenty of seating, And out Char-broil nexr generation Infrared propane BBQ gas grills are amazing and self cleaning! and we do not believe we have much competition that comes close to offer all we do year round and at the great value we offer you !imo. thanks again.

  I've been renting Mark's house twice and I love it. We were a group of friends from NYC trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of the City and found peace in Mark's house. The pool is gorgeous, the hot tub works very well and you can play tennis/volleyball/basketball/ping pong/pool etc...and there are many board games and DVDs available. The kitchen is great, we used it all weekend and also used the BBQ outside on the pool deck, it was delicious. The beach is a short 10 minute ride and is insanely beautiful. The house is also close to a farmer's market and other grocery stores/restaurants/bars/movie theaters. Mark was a great host, very flexible and inviting. We will definitely rent the house again!

  My family and I recently stayed here for a week in August and had a great time. There were 12 adults and 10 kids ranging in ages from 9 months to 75 years and the house slept everyone quite comfortably. The kids loved sleeping out in the "pool house" and also took full advantage of the swimming pool, hot tub, arcade games, karaoke, pool table and tennis courts - as did the adults! The open floor plan kitchen was accomodative to having a lot of people in it at once cooking and eating, and the outdoor patio and BBQ was perfect for evening dinners. The center of town is a short drive away (5 minutes) and the beaches on Dune Road, while a bit further of a drive, were gorgeous. The owner, Mark, stopped by during the week and was very nice and helpful with any issues we had (the only one being setting the air conditioning to the right temp). A great time was had by all!

  I recently stayed at the property this weekend with friends and family. We had a larger group of people 10 adults and 10 children to celebrate the end of the summer. The owner was more than accomodating with our group and provided us a great place at a reasonable price. The house is situated in Westhampton north of montauk highway around 15 mins away from the beaches. Although farther from the beaches, the house made up for it with the amenities inside. For the price you cannot beat the what was included in the house, making the distance from the beach easy to overlook. To our surprise when we arrived we were greeted by Mark and given a tour of the house to ensure that we were settled in well. I have stayed in a variety of houses in the hamptons for hte last 15 years and this was one of my most enjoyable, and I highly recomend staying here if you have a larger group. I will absolutely be returning next year.

  Owner response: well thank you for the kind words. First off we are a lot closer to the beaches. In fact we are just 4.5 miles from my favorite: Rogers Beach in Westhampton beach. if you make a left on Beach lane there is even free parking just before Dune road in Westhampton beach not 4/5 miles awy from us. However many people get lost and make a right when they get to Dune Road and then the available beached are 15 minutes away instead of 4.5 miles. although we are slightly north of Montauk highway i do not think i could afford 2 acres of exlusivity and fenced in prvacy and could not offer you all that we do: lol. if we were south of Montauk highway which is really a main street not really a highway). With our gardens and tennis court, basketball courts, water falls and mediatative gardens, choi pond, valleyball court and super large size wraparound deck around the heated pool i think we offer far more value then a comperable property south of the highway, meaning south of Montauk highway. Few understand all that we offer for a special hampton rental full of many activiites and amenties unheard of elsewhere. if you have children of any age you do not want to miss staying at hamptonbedandbeachdotcom.
