Paradise Beach House has absolutely the best breath taking views of Mt. Konocti with the BEST SUNSETS ever from the large covered deck! The 2 story house has 2 large rooms, sleeps 8 comfortably and has 1 Full bath and 1/2 bath. Large kitchen, living room, dinette and bar. All linens provided, 19”Television, w/VCR/DVD/CABLE. Paradise at Clear Lake is less than 1000 feet from BEACH ACCESS and boat launch. Buoy for boat tying.
A wonderful place to relax. Watch the early morning fish jumping in the lake, along with the incredible array of birds and wildlife.

My husband and I share our anniversary and both of our birthdays in march! We like to celebrate by taking a long weekend out of town, just the two of us! Linda was amazing at how quickly she responded and how comfortable she made us feel, before during and after our trip to this lake house with the most amazing view of the lake. We were so close to the water we could hear it morning noon and night. So relaxing!!! I look forward to coming back, on a trip for the two of us (again), with our kids, and with family and friends!!!! A must do AGAIN trip!!!! The view is fantastic from the house and from the deck where we ate every days. This place is best for large family - Not so great for 2 or 3 couples since there is no privacy between the bed areas.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The place looked exactly as described by owners. Great lake location. The house was clean, nice and had huge deck overlooking lake. We had every single meal outside looking at the lake and mountain listening to the waves. Great place to spend some quality time with family. We went there with our two young kids; 5 months and 18 months old and my parents in law. The grandparents loved it as well. It’s a great place just to relax, have some fun (we rented a speedboat), and enjoy simple things you never have enough time back at home like preparing and eating meals together, drinking, talking, spending time with a loved ones, taking walks etc. We’ll be back there for sure, even this summer. You just relax there and enjoy life. It’s so quiet there. You only hear waves and birds. Loved it!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Hi Linda, I do not know even how to start. It is like a little kid who is making a wish for his birthday. Your place was my wish. It was just right-period. Girls had sooo much fun to be in one room with parents. I was glad that we did not have internet. We had a great time.Thank you from deep part of my heart. I LOVE THIS HOUSE! Tanya. Dear Everett and Linda, Thank you so much for the best Spring Break we ever had! The Lake house was so clean and was fully stocked. Our home away from home. The views make the perfect cup of coffee in the mornings and glass of wine in the evenings even better. We loved hearing the sound of waves and the sweet sound of birds every morning. The diving board on the deck made great memories. We fished, went for walks along the water and wine tasting~Ceago winery, so memorable. Thank you so much. NOV 2007: Stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful relaxing time! We got to bring our dog, so that was a bonus. The house was clean and had lots of extra's. The view was incredible and so quiet, got lost in the dark trying to find the street, so would reccommend checking in during the daylight hours! There were only 2 of us, but plenty of room for 6. About the owner: Everett & Linda Swesey: We moved to Clearlake Oaks in 2003. We are semi-retired. We started our vacation rental business in 2004 with our first vacation rental Paradise Beach House. We were so happy to see people come up and enjoy this beautiful area of Clearlake! They come to relax and enjoy the peacefulness. We are currently looking to do some vacation Property Management for owners with second homes that would like extra $$income$$. Everett and I are very active in our community. We belong to the Chamber of Commerce, Clearlake Oaks/Glenhaven Business Assoc., Keys club as well as our local Moose Lodge. We spend lots of time on our boat on Clearlake in the summer enjoying boating activities, eating at different places around the lake, visiting Ceago winery by boat, visiting the casino also by boat, etc.. Great place to have fun!! EVERY NIGHT IS FRIDAY NIGHT HERE!! We also have 2 Yorkies, Ripley & Kaylee. We do some RVing, love trout fishing, and quad riding in the back country. We have a fabulous HUGE garden that we love sharing our veggies with friends/family/vacation guests..
Why the Owner Chose Clearlake:
The Paradise Beach House was purchased in 1982 as our second home so we could bring 'Mom' up and spend time away from the busy life of home. This home was decorated in the 70's motif. Orange carpet, green floor in the kitchen, flowered wall paper and paneling throughout! So as you can see there is a major transformation that has occurred since that date. We feel that it is the BEST VACATION HOME on the lake! Simply because the views of Mt Konocti with the sunset setting is AWESOME! And other obvious reasons. The crashing waves of the water make it seem as though you are in some far away place, when you are only a couple of hours away from living the insanity of every day life in the city...

The benefit of coming to Clearlake is simple. You can relax here. You get rejuvenated. You do the simple things in life (EAT, DRINK AND LAY ON THE BEACH OR GO FOR A RIDE IN YOUR BOAT, GO FISHING).
