From the deck you'll enjoy breathtaking views of Mount Konocti and Clearlake, California's largest natural lake. A wonderful place to relax. Watch the early morning fish jumping in the lake, along with the incredible array of birds and wildlife. The house is directly across the road and approximately 80 feet from the lake. There is beach access and dock/boat launch/diving board across the road from the bottom of the driveway where you can fish and swim. There is NO BOAT TYING TO DOCK, there is a bouy to tie your boat.
