Our beautiful house on the Costa Del Sol is perfectly placed for a wonderful holiday near unspoiled beaches yet easily accessible by motorway. During the Winter months we offer golf packages.(Incl Car & Golf in San Roque, ask for details). There are lots of things to do and places to go, sailing, fishing, dolphin watching or playing one of the world famous golf courses, day trips to Morocco, shopping in Marbella, the choices are almost endless.
Luxurious accommodation. Air-conditioning and heating throughout. Bathrooms have under-floor heating. Suitable for families with children. Many house are owned by families therefore during the holiday period there are alot of children of all ages. As the urbanisation has 3 pools, people with children tend to use one particular pool leaving another free for the quieter sun bather. The urbanisation is gated which allows parents and children greater freedom.

The fact that we live close by ensure we will be at hand to help you if you have any questions or problems, we can recommend places of interest, restaurants, Golf course we like to play, we can make bookings for you or whatever to ensure you have a great holiday.

The Unique Benefits of La Vizcaronda are - family friendly,beautiful houses with everything to ensure your comfort, the resort is gated and very safe, it is within a few mins drive to all amenities, shopping, fine restaurants, quaint villages, there are numerous tourist attractions, this area is still very 'spanish' so you will enjoy the experience but you are never far away from normal comforts & luxuries.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
It is very easy to get to know people here, there are alot of families with young children who live here an many who holiday here each year. The pools are gated. But if you prefer your own quite time the house lends itself to this as they have large terraces & roof top solariums, & some have gardens.
