This level provides entry to the pool and hot tub with easy access to indoor full bath. POOL AREA IS PROTECTED by a high fence and two-gates with latching device. In order to open the gate you must reach over the top of the gate. This prevents small children from entering the pool area. Modern exercise room w/large picture windows overlooking the pool. Exercise together, room has two-cardio machines, TV, one-multi-exercise personal gym, and multiple dumbbells. Covered garage with renters storage closet.
Second Level: This level has four bedrooms (three master bedrooms with private bath, one bedroom with semi-private bath). Bedding includes one king, three queens. Rear bedrooms(#4 and #5) each access the homes rear deck with stairs leading down to the safety-gated pool and hot tub area. Front bedrooms (#2 and #3) have their own access to private front decks.
Third Level: Large master bedroom (#1) with private bath and tiled walk-in shower. King bedding. Bedroom accesses private front deck. Full kitchen, dining room, and great room. TV, DVD, Home Theater surround sound, and Gas fireplace. Powder room. Access to large front and rear decks and also to higher SHIPS WATCH deck. Enjoy the many beautiful and spectacular views. There are Ocean and Sound-side panoramic views from the SHIPS WATCH deck. Fantastic for catching an early morning sunrise or a relaxing end-of-day evening sunset.
Loft: Sitting area for reading or relaxing. Also includes small home office with fax machine, telephone, and outlet for cable high-speed Internet access. Take-in the inspiring views from this room! Highest indoor lookout point. |
