Queen St. - Ocean block two story home located in South Rehoboth. The layout of the home includes a first floor master bedroom, den, hall bath, and a spacious living, dining and kitchen area. The second floor includes two master bedrooms and two bedrooms that share a hall bath. There is an enclosed porch and deck for your enjoyment. There is just enough room in the back yard to fire up the charcoal grill and have a picnic with the family. The private driveway has off street parking for 3 cars. Outside shower to help wash off those sandy feet.
Rehoboth Beach has shops and restaurants for any mood, taste or style all within walking distance. Rehoboth Beach is a wonderful area to take a bike and explore on a carefree afternoon.
Surrounding areas include Dewey Beach for jet skiing or boating on the Rehoboth Bay, Lewes for a day of fishing on a head boat or many quaint locally owned shops, and plenty of shopping at the Tanger Outlet Centers.

We just spent five days at 6 Queen Street and really enjoyed ourselves. The house is much better then the pictures depict. We had 9 people in the house and it was very spacious. The house was very clean and well maintained, the furniture was comfortable, and there were plenty of dishes to make all types of food. We could see the beach from the house and that was awesome. We walked to the beach several times, collected shells and just walked along the shoreline for some down time. We were a short walking distance from many of the shops and restaurants and a short drive to many of the outlets. There are several grocery stores in the area and a WalMart. We hope to visit again sometime and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Jan through May $1700 a week June 1 - June 16th ranges from $1700 a week to $4600 a week. June 23 - August 11 Prime Season Rate of $5700 August 18 - September ranges from $4400 a week down to $1900 a week. October - December $1700 a week. All weeks subject to $75.00 process fee, 3% Rehoboth Beach Tax. All weeks have security deposit or damage waiver fee of $35.00.
