  I have been renting at Palm Beach Condos since they opened in the year 2000. We have stayed and several different ones including 1,2 and 3 bedrooms. This condo is by far my favorite due to both King Master Suites have access to the balcony along with the living room access. My husband, myself ,our daughter, son-in-law and two small grandsons really enjoyed this trip. The condo is beautiful with a great view of the pool and beach.This was right after they had some bad weather and the condo association really went to work cleaning sand out of the pools and sand off the boardwalks. They really take good care of this property.We are looking forward to coming back in the summer of 2013

  This is a nice second floor unit overlooking the pool and with a view of the beach and the Gulf. While some of the appliances and furnishings were a little dated, the unit was very clean and well maintained. The owner gave complete information on all the logistics of the stay. I would recommend this unit for anyone if you're looking for a two bedroom unit near the Gulf. The fact that this is not a high rise means less crowding on the immediate beach. This development is near Gulf State Park at the western edge of Orange Beach. It is convenient to the restaurants and businesses of both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

  My husband and I along with 2 other couples rented this condo and it was a great place for us to get away. There was plenty of room, the condo was clean, and beach access was fabulous!! I look forward to coming back to this condo again next year!

  We had a great stay this past week at this condo. The two master condo was perfect for our two families with young children. We loved the location and how quiet the beach was. We really liked how close the pool and beach were so we could go back and forth based on our children's moods! We really enjoyed the balcony too - it was very spacious.

  This was our first trip to Orange Beach and I was pleasantly surprised. The condo lived up to exactly how it was portrayed. We found it to be perfect to suit our needs. The view from the large balcony was amazing and I enjoyed my coffee out there watching the sunrise every morning. The pool is directly below which made it easy to take advantage of opportunities when it was less crowded. Beach access was convenient to the condo and to the pool. My daughter and husband took advantage of the fitness room and were pleased with its offerings, as well. Having an extra key in the lock box made it easy for all of us to come and go as we pleased and we still felt secure. I'm definitely going to keep track of this rental and hope to visit again. Added bonus: We got to see dolphins right off the coast while we were swimming in the ocean. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Additional recommendation: King Neptune's has delicious, affordable seafood without all the big touristy hype. =)

  This condo is great! It was clean, comfortable and stocked with all of the basic necessities for a great girls vacation. You can see the beach and your balcony looks down on the pool. The rental process was super easy and we had no problems during our stay. The master bathroom is awesome....huge jetted tub and the biggest shower we had ever seen! This condo is perfect for a girls trip or even for two couples to have plenty of privacy. It would also be great for a family. We are so glad to find this condo and will be planning another trip as soon as possible.

  This is the 10th year we have visited Orange Beach and this has been by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. Close to the beach, great pool and even better views of the gulf! I highly recommend this condo for your visit!

  My family stayed 3 nights in may and is was amazing! We have 2 small children and this condo was perfect to accommodate our kids! The pool and the beach are within feet of each other so that made the million times they wanted to go back and forth very easy! Your able to on the balcony and see the ocean plus the pool:) condo was very clean and Debbie is very easy to work with. My family will definitely use this condo next year for our beach vacation!!!! P.S. the condo is also VERY close to restaurants, Walmart, etc

  This was about the sixth time we've enjoyed a Palm Beach condo! As always, it was a relaxing time for our family. The condo is clean and tastefully decorated.It was accurately described in the listing. It's especially nice to have two king size beds--and they were VERY comfortable. A minor commode problem was quickly solved by one call to Debbie who immediately sent a plumber to solve it. My suggestion to guests who plan to stay a week or longer is to be prepared to have a supply of bath soap, kitchen soap, and trash bags as there were these supplies provided for only a couple of days. However, that one need doesn't merit less than an excellent rating. We highly recommend this condo and hope to enjoy Palm Beach for summers to come!

  My family and I returned again to this property this year for many reasons. It is located in a prime spot!! The condo itself has everything you need and more. The view is awesome. The people who are employed there are great too!! If you are looking for a family type place to go and relax ...this is it!!! We are more than please and planning a return soon.
