You can have it all with this direct Gulf front, end unit condo: great views, white sugar sand beach, heated pool, covered parking, numerous shops and restaurants plus a fishing pier within a block and a stop for the free island trolley only steps away. Sliding glass doors open from the living area and master bedroom to the screened balcony overlooking the beach allowing beautiful Gulf views throughout almost the entire condo. A king size bed is in the master bedroom while two twin beds are in the guest bedroom and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. A ground level storage closet has beach paraphernalia and there is Wi-Fi so, bring your laptop.
This condo places you in the heart of Bradenton Beach, only steps away from historic Bridge Street with its unique shops and locally owned restaurants serving a wide range of delicious fare. The fishing pier at the end of the street was the site of the first bridge to Anna Maria Island back in the 1920's. In addition, Leffis Key Park on the bay with its winding boardwalks provides a chance to enjoy the natural beauty of the island and it just a short distance from the condo. There is also a trail running south from nearby the condo along Coquina Beach that is perfect for jogging or walking.
The free island trolley stops close by and allows you to travel the island and leave the car parked. You can even change trolleys at Coquina Beach and go to Longboat Key, St. Armands Circle on Lido Key and then on to downtown Sarasota. There also is a connection at Manatee Beach on the island that allows you to travel to downtown Bradenton and the nearby Village of the Arts.

This is a nice unit,very clean and convenient to several restaurants and shops and the historic Bridge Street Pier. The view is beautiful from the screened in balcony and the beach is literally just steps away from the back of the building.This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and, even though the drive was a little long getting down there, we really like the location and it's proximity to Sarasota and Tampa. In Sarasota, we visited the Ringling Museum and took advantage of half-price Thursday nights at the Florida acquarium in Tampa.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is our 8th year staying @ Gulf View. However, this is the first time we have stayed in unit #205. Everything you need is there in the condo. The only problem was that 2 days prior to our arrival, the rental agent, Steve, called to tell me that the A/C had gone out in the condo and would not be fixed until Mon. or Tues. I was concerned that it would be miserably HOT, but we toughed it out with fans until the new A/C unit was installed on Tues. Steve was willing to try to put us in another location, but that was just not an option for us, as we love staying @ Gulf View. Looking forward to next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Would definitely stay here again. Very clean unit, view of the beach is awesome. Like being able to walk to restaurants and piers. Plenty of cooking utensils. Wish the balcony wasn't screened in, but that won't stop me from renting this unit again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
