Conveniently nestled in a private cul-de-sac in the center of town and just steps away from Starbucks, Safeway, Walgreens, the library, post office, and numerous cafes and shops. Walk a few blocks down Avenue of the Fountains to the lake and the world's highest fountain complete with a playground, salon, cafe, art gallery, and shops. A short drive away you will find the Mayo Clinic Scottsdale, numerous golf courses, and the shops, restaurants, and galleries of Scottsdale.
This fully furnished, three bedroom home plus loft offers modern, desert style with fixtures and finishes that complete the southwestern ambiance. The ground floor offers a dramatic lofted, two-story, living room, kitchen, dining area, guest bath, and king-size master bedroom complete with double vanity and walk-in closet. Sliding doors off the dining room lead to a tile patio with seating for four, ceiling fan, and views. You will also find a full size washer and dryer on the first floor. The second floor has a reading room/lounge with daybed, queen-size guest bedroom, full bath, and additional queen bed guest room/office with desk.
The home offers a propane grill, cable, five televisions, two bluray DVD players, two additional DVD plays and includes wireless high speed internet. Please note that local phone service is not included. A centrally located heated pool and jetted hot tub are just around the corner.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Two week minimum stay. No pets.
* Check in time 3:00 PM. Check out time 10:00 AM
* Cleaning fee of $65 for two week stays, $95 for monthly rentals.
* Deposits: Refundable security deposit ($295 for 2 week stays or $695 for monthly)and 50% total rental amount required at time of reservation. Rental balance due required two weeks prior to arrival date.
* The time factor is critical in vacation rentals, and your reservation will hold this rental off the market. If you cancel for any reason after we have confirmed your reservation, your deposit is nonrefundable unless the vacation rental is re-rented (and then less a $95 Administrative Fee).
* Returned Check Fee: $55.

Thank you Madison we loved our two week stay. This condo is roomy and comfortable and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the pool with our two little grandchildren. The condo is within easy walking distance of the lake, two grocery stores, the library with its museum, the sprinkle park and playground, shops and restaurants. In fact, we walked to the lake one night and enjoyed live music. A perfect two weeks.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The rental unit was very well described. The kitchen's equipment was great for cooking our own meals and we eated all dinner on the patio. The access to pool and Spa was nice to have with the gorgeous temperature we had (90-100 F) Ideal location for joggers (around the lake) . We could find evrery thing close by (grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy etc). For golfers, we played a couple of very nice golf courses within 5 miles (Wekopa, Sunrigde). The owner of this property was very helpfull in answering my questions and I would recommand this unit any time to my friends. GREAT STAY......Thank you

We totally enjoyed our two-week stay. The house is in a perfect location. You can walk to two very good super markets in mini malls, several churches, library, Post office and Starbucks. There are so many great attractions in Fountain Hills. Outdoor activities are near by. The house itself is exceptional in every regard; from the beautiful full kitchen, great room with very high ceilings. The decorations are very well done and shows Madison’s excellent taste. In particular we enjoyed the view of the mountains from most rooms. It is worth getting up early in the morning to catch the sunrise. This Fountain Hills home is exceptional with a wonderful kitchen, great floor plan and all the conveniences of home. The owners have excellent taste in furnishings. Supermarkets and pharmacies, as well as Starbuck's are within two blocks. The home's location made hiking in McDowell Mountain County Park (4 miles away) and shopping in Scottsdale (10 min. away) quite easy. I really appreciate the opportunity to spend the month in this home and look forward to coming back here next time I can vacation in the Phoenix area.

We stayed here for a week this October and had a fantastic time at this wonderful location. Very comfortable, great southwestern decor, fully equipped kitchen. Nothing is skimped here, it is all very nice quality. Very, very quiet, yet only a five-minute walk to shopping. Madison was a pleasure to do business with as well. We would gladly recommend this facility to anyone wanting to enjoy the Arizona experience.
