This condo has been totally remodeled with all new furnishings. Condo overlooks hole seven, lake and fountain of our Executive Par 3 golf course which has very reasonable golfing rates. Gourmet kitchen...new modern cabinets with marble floor that is great for entertaining. Master bedroom has king size bed, walk in dressing room and new tile shower. Guest bedroom has queen bed, built-in desk & book shelves for home office and directly connected to second bathroom. Washer, dryer & 3 Flat Screen TVs. It's a bit of Manhattan in Fort Myers, FL. Condo is a WOW at night with all the mood lighting. Very romantic but big enough for a family! Club house has a gorgeous heated swimming pool, hot tub, bar, restaurant, tennis courts & fitness center. Island Park Road is one of the prettiest tree lined streets in Fort Myers. If you like being close to malls, restaurants, 10 min. to airport, 15 min. to beach but on a quiet quaint street then this condo is for you.

A really beautiful condo.Well maintained and clean. Nice quiet area, we really enjoyed staying here and hope to do so in the future. This was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Great owners, answered all inquires and had everything set up for our visit !!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

I have been a travel agent for over 20 years and I am extremely picky about my accommodations...this condo is extraordinary. I felt like I was staying at the W in New York. It is very modern and decorated beautifully. The bathrooms are gorgeous. It is close to great shopping and restaurants. I stayed for a week in this condo & loved it! It is artfully decorated and very clean! The owners thought of every detail when furnishing. Perfect location, not far from airport, beach, shopping, dining! Plenty of options if you want to get some exercise and peaceful enough if you just want to hang @ the pool with a good book. I hope to return soon.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, age 55+.

Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained condo has everything needed for a great get away. close to shopping and many restaurants. on site golf course is a good/fun par 3, but also close to other fine courses. Friendly neighbors. Swimming Pool, hot tub and community center a half block from condo. Play cards, bingo, bridge, fun dinners, can play golf every day with different people to meet your neighbors and make new friends. Condo has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, lots of storage space, 3 TVs, beds are comfortable, what more could you ask for. Truly enjoyed our stay at this condo.Recommended for: Pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

I rented this property for eight months last year and absolutely loved it! I travel with my job, and this property offers all the comforts of home. It is beautifully decorated and located in a great area. It is close to I-75, Gulf Goast Town Center, and Coconut Point. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact. They welcomed all questions/concerns and were eager to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and would love to rent this property again if in the area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.
