Pat's condo is an excellent location for any family! The convenience of the pool under our balcony, and only steps away from the beach kept our little ones entertained for hours. The condo was clean, updated and had the luxury of making your own meals or going to the local restaurants that were great and nearby! It was our second visit and we loved it just as much as the first vacation. I would definitely recommend this hot-spot to any of our friends and family!!

Although we have been to Florida many time this was our first trip to the coast. Our party consists of a 6, 38 and 79 year old so our requirement were quite detailed. Pat was incredably helpful in answereing all my questions before I booked espically about things like internet access, chairs for the beach, elevators etc. The condo, the resort and the location lived up to the descirbtion and we had a great week here. My daughter loved the pool and made lots of new friends, Grandma could sit in the shade and watch her and the highlight for her was watching a fisherman land a Bull Shark on the beach at sunset. We visted the Clearwater Marine Aquaramie and enjoyed hearing about the work they do- my daughter was espcially intrested in WInter. We also went down to John's Pass as well as doing a bit of shopping at the Largo and Clearwater Mall. The property was well equiped with towels and kitchen stuff as well as chairs for the beach and some toys for the kids. There were also some book, games and DVD's. I would have no hesitiation in recommending this condo we would certainly hope to return in the future

Great condo experience

This condo and its amenities were exactly as described. The condo was lovely, spacious, very clean, and well-taken-care of. The property, itself, was well-maintained: walkways, carports, and pool areas were immaculate. We felt very safe and secure in this location. Even though the weather was in the 50's the hot tub was awesome! We used it almost every night we were there. Even though I didn't brave the heated pool, my husband said that was, great, too. The condo is within walking distance to a little grocery store where we picked up a few things, and there is a very nice walking trail amongst the mangrove trees in a park right across the street. You do need a car to get to activities and attractions, though I saw that there is a trolley system that is available. Our favorite activities were "Big Cat Rescue" (for ages 10 and older) in Tampa, the manatees and other wild life at Homosassa State Park (1 1/2 hours away), and a spring training baseball game. We loved the New York style pizza at DeLosa's in John's Pass, and the Salt Rock Grill was outstanding. We had an amazing experience at Bern's Steakhouse in Tampa. If you're not familiar with it, you can check it out on-line to learn about this one-of-a kind dining experience. Pat was so friendly and easy to work with. The contract spelled out everything very clearly, so we knew just what to expect. I would highly recommend this condo to our friends. Elise and Jim MIchigan

We first heard about this place in 2003 after a search on the internet. This is our second visit. The weather has been extremely hot and each day we have been here has set a record. It's been about 93 degrees each day but with the heat index it has felt like 105-110 degrees. That's HOT. The ocean is reported to be 87 degrees, but it feels warmer. It's so easy to get in - we just walk right in. No need to stop to let your body acclimatize to cool temperatures. We've been pretty lazy this trip, but did take a tour on the Sea Screamer at Clearwater, It was interesting and fun. We nearly always make a trip to the Seabird Sanctuary as we love to support the work they do there in rescuing injured birds. A favourite restaurant is Sweet Tomatoes at Largo Mall. Everything is delicious. It's a salad bar buffet but there is also pasta, soups, breads and other items. It's worth a try. Our holiday is going by all too quickly. Next time we think we'll come for 3 weeks. We've had a great holiday and the Reef Club is an ideal location.

Reef Club #203 is a great beach vacation condo! It’s spacious, well-equipped, nicely decorated, and has a good view of the beach and the Gulf. Indian Rocks Beach is quieter than some of the better-known beaches, with good restaurants, tennis and golf nearby (as well as a tennis court in the complex), and a pleasant little nature preserve virtually across the street from the Reef Club. Walk, bike, read, swim---this is a great place for any or all of these. When looking for a place near my sister's family in Hernando Beach FL(but not beach there!), I had lots of wishes. I wanted to be able to see the ocean from the condo, have a nice pool, be near the airport so my son-in-law could fly in and out for two days, have internet access for our small business and my son-in-law, be near enough to visit our friends at the villages, be able to walk to restaurants if we liked, and be able to bask in the sun on a nice beach. Perfect for all of these wishes PLUS the pool at the condo was a salt water pool. Lots of kids having fun including our teen grandkids. We had a GREAT time. Thanks Pat.

Hi Pat, Thanks again for allowing us to use your condo in Florida. We had a wonderful time and thanks to you, a great place to stay in. It looks like you have been renting it out to people that have treated it with respect as we did. The weather was good to us and the area brought back fond memories.... we had spent dozens of years in the area, with the kids over the years. This was our first time experiencing JULY 4th in the area....fireworks everywhere and lots of people celebrating....a few messy ones, but I guess that is to be expected. We left for Disney on the 6th so by the time we returned, the beaches and the premises were all cleaned up and tidy. The area's peaceful character still seems to be preserved and we hope it remains that way as long as possible. Dealing with you was efficient and pleasant, and once again I thank you on behalf of all of us for giving us the opportunity of enjoying a bit of Florida. If you and Jan are ever in the Montreal area, please contact us. It would be our pleasure to meet you and perhaps expose you to some of the nice things in our part of the world.
