"Reef Club" unit #203 has a balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom and overlooks the heated pool, hot tub and Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beaches.
Our condo is beautifully decorated with Florida decor. Very clean and well-kept.
Disney World is only 1½ hours. Busch Gardens is a 30-40 minute drive, 30 miles from Tampa International Airport.

Hi Pat, Thanks again for allowing us to use your condo in Florida. We had a wonderful time and thanks to you, a great place to stay in. It looks like you have been renting it out to people that have treated it with respect as we did. The weather was good to us and the area brought back fond memories.... we had spent dozens of years in the area, with the kids over the years. This was our first time experiencing JULY 4th in the area....fireworks everywhere and lots of people celebrating....a few messy ones, but I guess that is to be expected. We left for Disney on the 6th so by the time we returned, the beaches and the premises were all cleaned up and tidy. The area's peaceful character still seems to be preserved and we hope it remains that way as long as possible. Dealing with you was efficient and pleasant, and once again I thank you on behalf of all of us for giving us the opportunity of enjoying a bit of Florida. If you and Jan are ever in the Montreal area, please contact us. It would be our pleasure to meet you and perhaps expose you to some of the nice things in our part of the world. I had tons of fun. Very clean. I wish I could stay longer. Last year we stayed at the same place. We had room 506. I like 203 much better. Pool was great. No rain at all. I will come back anytime. Thanks for the home.

Pat- Just a note to let you know how wonderful your condo was last week! I have to admit I'm always nervous about places I book over the net but everything you said and pictures you had were just as it was!! The weather was perfect 80-90 degrees and sun everyday!! The beach was beautiful! We were out at 9:00 at night and the water was still warm! The condo was very clean and just the perfect amount of space for our two families! My husband finished his first book for pleasure since we've had kids 12 years ago! He loved reading out on the balcony! We sure hope to come back again!!! thanks so much for accomodating our 5 day stay because many other places I looked at would only take 7 nights- God knew your place was the best for us!! thanks again!
