  Our little family had such a wonderful time at the Palms West. The house was the perfect size, comfortable, well appointed, fully stocked with utensils, appliances, etc. The pool was amazing -- and the whole patio was very private. We had the best family vacation ever! And I personally LOVED being able to walk to Publix and a handful of great restaurants too -- not the mention the most beautiful beach you'll find. You just cannot beat the location. We can't say enough wonderful things about this place -- we absolutely loved it.

  Thank you for allowing us to rent your vacation property for the week. We had a great time! The home is extremely comfortable and lovely, just as described!! The pool was perfect for the children (and adults). I think we played in the pool most of the time!! And the beach is just as described, a very short walk!! We would very much recommend this vacation home to anyone and would enjoy coming back another week!

  The few days we spent on Anna Maria Island were very enjoyable. The home is very well done, the beach beautiful, and we so much appreciated the opportunity to relax and enjoy our family. We would definitely love to return to this lovely home.

  We loved your Palms Beach House East! We wished we could have stayed longer. Everything inside and outside is great quality and so comfortable. It is very clean and well-maintained. The pool and landscaping are absolutely beautiful - private and relaxing. We were surprised to realize how close the house is located to the beach and stores, etc. It's the perfect location on the island. The beach is the best we have visited in Florida, powdery white sand, turquoise-blue water. Thank you Emma and Mike for sharing your beach house with us and we appreciate everything you did to make our visit so enjoyable. We hope to stay in your beach house again.

  Thank you Mike and Emma. We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for many years and this house was by far our favorite rental. The location could not have been better. Close to the beach and shopping...all within walking distance. House was very clean and supplied with everything you would need. Beds were so comfortable too. The pool was amazing.   My experience with Emma the owner was absolutely wonderful. This property is beyond anything I ever imagined it would be. The house is SUPER clean and very stylish. Everything you could possibly need is provided, from big beautiful beach towels inside an elegant basket next to the front door for the beach to the fully equipped kitchen. The beds were super comfortable. The pool super clean and very safe for small children. During our visit the pool was serviced twice. There were toys in the backyard for the kids to play with. The TV's are huge with cable and wireless internet provided. I would recommend this house to anyone that wants to stay in an elegant place. The beach is very very close. The sand is like baby powder and not at all crowded. Thank you Emma for sharing your beautiful house with us. We want to come back next year.

  I don't know where to begin....This was an amazing vacation for my family. The home is so beautiful with high quality ammenities. This was the closest we have ever rented to the beach. It was truly a 30 second walk to the cleanest white sand beaches we have seen. It was so uncrowded and relaxing. The water was so calm the first few days, we brought tubes to the beach and floated for hours. We found a place that rented beach chairs for the week and they delivered them and picked them up free of charge. We did have quite a bit of rain, but managed to find thing to do on the mainland. There was a great outlet center 1/2 hour away and a few movie theaters. We used the grill several times, but also ventured out for a few nice dinners. It was very convienent to have the grocery store so close. One of our favorite activities was playing cards "in the pool" on the great table. We spent hours reading in the pool, listening to the soothing waterfall. Emma and Mike, we can't thank you enough for sharing you beautiful home with us. To all of you who are considering this home for you next vacation, I can only say to you.....sign the contract now, you will not regret it for one minute. It is amazing!

  Our family stayed in the Palms Beachhouse East for the first week in August. We were all extremely pleased with everything. Upon arrival, we could not believe just how nice all the home looked indoors and out. The quality of the materials, the decor and the efficient design all get top marks. The location really is the best, so close to the sea yet a really short walk to the Publix for groceries. After visiting other areas on AMI, this is truly the best location. The beach is perfect, not too busy as compared to other areas along the coast of AMI. The cool, white sand and the breathtaking sunsets are stunning. Everything about his property is even better than advertised. We travel a lot and I can't think of a single suggestion for improvement. No, wait, maybe a automatic margarita machine right in the pool.... The pool is great and we made good use of it later in the day after returning from the beach. Our daughter was in the water so much she grew fins and gills. The margarita's were excellent sitting in the chairs in the pool... The island's restaurants are good although we loved using your outdoor grill to make most of our suppers. We loved the Sandbar and Skinnies. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well appointed, the beds comfortable. We had plenty of space for a party of six, four adults and two kids. Thanks you so much for sharing your home with us. All of us had a memorable vacation and the calm, relaxing feel of Anna Maria Island had the desired effect of making us forget, if for a few days, about life's quick pace. We truly enjoyed your home and will definitely stay here again the next time in Florida.

  We stayed at the Beach House at the end of June/beginning of July and it was everything it promised to be, and more. The property is in impeccable condition inside and out with a clean, sparkling pool and lush, tropical landscaping. Everything we could possibly need was there, including some sand & pool toys, umbrellas, lots of extra towels, sheets, and a fully stocked kitchen with top-notch appliances. LOVED the bed - oh so comfy! After exploring the island, we all agreed that the Beach House is in the perfect location - it took as about 1 minute to walk from the front door to the edge of the ocean (and that was with a very slow-walking 5 year old) and about a minute and a half to walk to the only grocery store on the island. In fact, we used the car only to check out the pier and Rod 'n' Reel restaurant at the north end of the island. The beach across the house is beautiful with perfect white sand and 89 degree turquoise waters. We were there on 4th of July and although the beach was pretty crowded that day, we saw the best fireworks show that night. People flock to the beach at sunset and light off all kinds of fireworks - no need to go anywhere else. Oh, and don't miss the nightly sunset spectacle on the beach! I can't really comment on restaurants or attractions...since we loved the pool and the beach so much, we didn't really go anywhere else and enjoyed cooking and grilling our meals right at the house. Emma was very easy to deal with when we booked the Beach House and it's apparent that she paid a lot of attention to little details all around the house, including having candles on the dinner table and beautiful artwork in the living and bedrooms. I could go on and on about how perfect this vacation home is, but i think it's apparent that we loved every minute of it. Emma, if you'll have us again we definitely will be back and are talking about making 4th of July on AMI a family tradition. Thank you for everything! This was exactly the kind of relaxing vacation we needed!

A $500 security deposit is required and will be returned to you after inspection
