Ideal for fishing, boating, swimming, or just relaxing. Close to Irvington and the famous Tides Inn and an easy drive to historic Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA, as well as Yorktown.
Within walking distance of marina, downtown shops, and Urbanna Oyster Festival. Use of community swimming pool, tennis courts, and playground. Property includes small sandy beach, lighted pier large enough to dock 2 boats, deep water, boat ramp, and crab pots.
First floor master bedroom has deck overlooking the creek with marina views. 1 king, 1 queen, 2 doubles, 1 single. All rooms have water views. Large screen porch overlooking the beach is comfortably furnished for your enjoyment.
Linens and towels provided. We do ask that you put a load in the washer to run before leaving in order to give the housekeeper a head start.

I requested this house the day of the rental and they were so accomodating. We loved the house, the location and the ammenities. Great screened in porch, beautiful master bedroom and bath. The home was warm and inviting and so close to so many things to do.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
