  Just returned from our yearly snorkel trip with friends and we had a wonderful time. My sister and I have been staying at VRBO's since 2006 and we both agree this is the most unique property we have ever stayed at. We loved being right on the water and hearing the sounds of the ocean. Brian went out of his way to make us all feel welcome and I am looking forward to another visit. It is not only the perfect spot for divers, but it is heaven for off-shore snorkeling.

  Owner response: While many guests we host are SCUBA Divers, there are MANY fine water sports for our guests to enjoy. There is great SNORKELING literally just a couple of feet off our deck, Para-sailing, Kite Surfing, World-Class windsurfing conditions, and good old swimming for exercise and fun! We are very glad Jocelyn and her friends found their snorkeling excursions to be fun and interesting. We invite water sports enthusiasts of all interests to stay with us and experience Bonaire in the water, in an environment perhaps as great as anywhere in the world. We always welcome return visitors, as indeed well over half our guests have stayed with us multiple times. At our place, you are always Bonbini! Welcome!

  My husband and I stayed at Brian and Judi's condo for two weeks in January. We only intended to stay one week, but didn't want to leave and were able to extend our stay. We loved the location and the house reef is beautiful. We did three or four dives from the deck and one EXCELLENT night dive in search of an octopus and we were not disappointed!! Checking in with Nicole and Martin was easy and convenient. Brian had answered most of my questions prior to our arriving, but Martin and Nicole were available if something were to come up. Brian contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed and our stay was going well. I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and plan on returning. If you are planning to go and can arrange your schedule try to stay two weeks. There is too much great diving to do and one week just isn't long enough. Happy travels!!!

  We just returned from our vacation in Bonaire and can honestly say this condo was the most comfortable enjoyable place we've ever stayed at in the Caribbean. I'm a flight attendant and have been traveling throughout the Caribbean with my husband for the past 20 years. We used to stay in resorts, but started staying in VRBO condos over the past few years. Brian and Judi's ocean front condo was the best experience we've ever had. It's tranquil and quiet with all the comforts of home. We spent all of our evenings on the deck and enjoyed the ocean view. The ocean access ladder on the deck was very convenient for a snorkel trip or a swim. We frequenly saw divers in the evening exploring the reef just beyond the condo. All of the info provided in the condo about local diving/snorkeling sites was very helpful in exploring the island. We really enjoyed the trips we made out to Klein Bonaire on the water taxi. For a few extra dollars, the water taxi driver will drop you off at the end of the island so you can drift snorkle down the coast to where he picks up passengers for the trip back to Bonaire. We also wanted to mention that Brian is the most accomodating condo owner we've ever rented from. I had unexpected medical testing that had to be scheduled for the day we were to depart for Bonaire. Brian worked with us to help us reschedule our vacation around the medical testing that had to be done before we left on vacation. Thankyou Brian for helping us make it to Bonaire! We had a wonderful time and will recommend your condo to friends, family, and other airline personnel looking for a great place to stay. Take care and all the best to you and Judi.

  We could highly recommend this appartment for Bonaire visitors. The location is just great: close to the diving shop, airport, many diving spots and right by the water. It is also perfectly equipped, so that you feel like at home, or as visiting good friends, who took care of your comfort . Thank you Brian!

  My wife and I spent two weeks at Judi's dream. It's been pretty well documented here that it's a great place to stay. And we agree it's one of the best locations on Bonaire. So I'll concentrate more on why it's such a great location for divers. There's a dive shop just down the street. It's very convenient for both grabbing tanks for diving off the Condo or heading out to the shore dives. Both Nitrox and air are available as well as a full service dive shop. They were quite "flexible" about the checkout dive. The reef off the Condo is as nice as any in Bonaire. Especially good because rarely does anyone else dive it as it's not really close to a site. The stairs down are a bit steep but doable. I'd inflate my wifes BC/tank and walk it down to her and just drop it in the water. And I'm old...:-).Check a dive site called Tiamo, it's got the easiest sandy entry I've seen there. There's a new grocery store near too. Just head north past the airport to the roundabout, turn right, go about 3 blocks and it's on your left. Very well stocked store. The Condo has all you need. Kitchen, fully stocked dishes etc, AC everywhere. Comfy beds and a beautiful deck overlooking the water that's really hard to pull yourself away from sometimes. Highly recommended and we'd stay there again.

The reef just off our condo is part of the same reef system that runs from the Northern tip of Bonaire, all the way down the leeward side of the island. Judi's Dream, is always a great place to dive, as there is no anchorage for dive boats, making it a relatively diver free zone. We hope the McMeins will return to stay with us in our home away from home again!

  This first floor, ocean front condo is the best location, on the best side of Bonaire, with the best access direct into the ocean, and the most accessible for handicapped (if necessary)...of any place we have stayed on this island...and we've been coming to Bonaire before most folk could even spell it...30+ years. There are far fancier places at far greater cost, but Brian's place is THE #1 spot in terms of all I note above PLUS the reasonable fee charged. I highly recommend both the Belnam area, access to airport, proximity to K-Town, and then the absolute top contact with the surging ocean. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and upgraded from the kitchen to baths, with added amenities like dishwasher and clothes washer. The verandah extends directly to and slightly over the ocean, and the ladder access into the sea is 20 feet from his porch. First floor convenience excells for anyone with climbing-stair issues like myself. It will be our home in Bonaire whenever our schedule permits and Brian graciously allows our opportunity to stay, because his place makes Paradise Bonaire even more of a Paradise one never wants to leave :)

  This was our 10th visit to Bonaire and, by far, the best vacation ever. We have rented other units at Belair and Belmar and return each year because of the unbelievable location with turquoise blue water lapping under the deck. We also appreciate the easy access to the water for a 70 ish , plus size lady, like me, and our friend who was in his late 70’s and had 2 knee replacements. We snorkel other sites (Klein Bonaire, Tory, Karpata, The Andreas, National Park, etc.,) but feel the sea life at the condo is great. I counted over 40 varieties of fish, plus we saw a large stingray glide by, and seven dolphins playing near the balcony. And most nights we saw the large Tarpon, with luminous eyes, feeding right by the balcony. And, although the condo units are basically the same….there are lots of things we appreciated about YOUR condo. We loved the updates in the kitchen and baths. You certainly put a lot of time and thought into them. We love to cook and you had all the pots, pans, utensils we needed and the drawers and cupboards were a cooks delight……..everything was easy to see and reach. You also had spices on hand ……….I usually have to pack my own. Since we are seasoned travelers……we liked the relaxed feel of the furniture and especially liked the porch furniture because it was low maintenance and easy to rearrange. I especially liked all the narrow wood shelving units in the bath and kitchen to store our suntan lotions and sunglasses, keys, etc… BUT, what we MOST appreciated was air conditioning in the main living area. thanks again...   I would highly recommend this condo. First of all, the view is absolutely incredible. You just simply cannot get closer to the ocean. We spent all of our waking hours (when we weren't diving or touring the island) sitting on the covered patio. I even enjoyed a few restful naps in one of the lounge chairs outside. You really have to see the view to believe it. Besides being able to watch the turquoise water and listen the the sound of the waves, you can really see the life of Bonaire. We watched Dolphins swim by one morning, saw a BIG barracuda lurking under the waves after twilight, and we got to watch the ships come and go and the flights land. Seeing the near daily KLM Boeing 747 from Amsterdam land was quite a sight! But don't worry, you can hardly hear the airplanes, it is just fun to watch them land. Other than the view, the condo itself was very modern and comfortable. We only used the AC at night, otherwise we opened the doors and windows (equipped with screens) and enjoyed the sea breeze. The location is also perfect. You are within a minute walk of Buddy Dive, can easily access some of the best shore diving on the island within a 5-10 minute drive. You can also be in town or visit one of the grocery stores within a few minutes drive. The owner of the condo was very helpful, always prompt with answering our questions and he provided lots of helpful information before our arrival and during our stay. You really can't go wrong if you stay in this condo. Location, view, friendly owners, it has it all. We hope to be back very soon.

  This condo is a little slice of heaven. It is by far the best location on the island, only minutes from town, yet completely private. The views are to die for. You have your own private walk out to the ocean, and cleanup area, what a combination!! Walk down a flight of stairs and you are standing in the ocean, with some of the best snorkeling/diving in the world right in front of you. The condo was immaculate and had all amenities needed. The owner has a caretaker that was easily reachable and extremely helpful. There is a phone for local use and wi-fi that works flawlessly. The owner was easily reachable as well, and dealing with him was as easy as you will find. We cannot wait to get back to Bonaire and stay at this condo again. "Judi's Dream" is one of the Caribbean's best kept secrets, and let's keep it that way!!

  Judi's Dream is the best location imaginable. It is right on the ocean with an open view out and a large patio and deck from which to swim, snorkel and dive. The Belair complex is small and quiet with a friendly international community sharing the deck and ladder with an iguana. This condo is perfectly easy, safe and convenient to everything with all the amenities one could want except for an ipod dock, so we brought our own. We appreciated the gracious helpful Roomers and Buddy Dive shop next door. We loved how friendly and laid back Bonaire is as well as the ease of driving around to dive spots whenever we felt like it . Tip: On Mondays at 6pm go to Captain Don's for a rum punch and book signing with this legendary and entertaining character..
