My wife and I stayed for the entire month of February and had an amazing experience. The house and property are absolutely beautiful. The inside of the home was immaculate and exactly as pictured. We loved relaxing in the hot tub while snowflakes were falling to our noses. Being able to enjoy the soothing water and gaze at the harbor and stars was a quite a winter wonderland experience. It was an impressive vacation. We have already booked 2 weeks in the summer and look forward to enjoying the sandy beach. I highly recommend this house, you won’t be disappointed…Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My sister and I took my mom to this home to celebrate her 80th birthday. It could not have been a better vacation. The house has a completely equipped kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and breathtaking views. Also it was immaculate! Carol was easily reached to answer any questions that popped up during our stay as well. We were thrilled to find such an gorgeous home to treat my mother for her 80th birthday! When we drove up the drive way we were all in aw to see how beautiful the home was. She loved the home from the moment we arrived and it was very hard for us to leave. Every morning was a gift to look out the large windows and see the ocean right in front of you. My mother always wanted to experience something like this and I am so happy we were able to make her dream true. My husband and I stayed with another couple at this amazing home for a week. Being from New York the ride to this home was not long at all. It only took us an hour and a half! We have rented homes in a variety of locations, but this was BY FAR the most perfect rental we've had! The location is superb, close to restaurants and surrounded by beaches. We relaxed on the wrap-around decks, enjoying the spectacular views. The hot-tub really helped us all get into vacation mode. The grounds are immaculately maintained and the home is in beyond perfect condition, appearing exactly as advertised. This home included everything we could possibly need, including the things you often lack in other rentals: a grill, wine glasses, etc. Check-in and check-out was extremely simple. When we had a question related to one aspect of our stay, we called the owner who was entirely helpful and prompt in her response. The owner answered all of our questions in advance and was easily accessible by e-mail and phone. Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a fantastic week vacation. My teenage daughter and I had a sublime time staying here last summer and even greater time this past month! From the effortlessly inviting decor to the AMAZING CLOSENESS TO THE BEACH we were in heaven. With the such amazing weather we were able to lounge by the private beach and go bike riding. Close proximity to great restaurants and a terrific farmer's market: fresh corn; blueberries; homemade pies! The living-room is spacious and creates an environment perfect for reading, naps, group chit-chat, television viewing and board games. We cooked some terrific meals including a wonderful local seafood feast in the well-appointed kitchen. An Amazing Price! Priceless Memories! My wife and I have been coming to Branford for 4 years now. This was our first year at this residence. It was our 10 year anniversary. We made the right choice!! The house was in pristine condition both for cleanliness and for having amenities available. The property was even prettier in person than in pictures. The owner left information concerning restaurants and beaches which was very helpful. We were lucky to have great weather so we enjoyed the private beach in front of the house, and we were lucky enough to get some photographs of the magnificent sunsets and beautiful boats crossing by the house. My family and I had a wonderful time and the house exceeded all of our expectations. We were first-timers to Branford and the house really made the experience wonderful. The location cannot be beat. Within walking distance of a couple great restaurants and a small general store. I was considering a house out of town and we were so happy we ended up here. The house was very clean and elegantly decorated with attention to detail. The house has a bright, cheerful feel. The owner has done a superb job in making sure tenants are comfortable, and accommodated. Carol was available for advice before we arrived and very nice. My husband and I stayed here and had an amazing week. There are so many words to describe how beautiful of a home this is. It is so romantic with its views from every room. We went to the beach almost every day and its not far from some great restaurants. We are definitely coming back.
