Legacy Oaks at Springhill is an upscale gated apartment community offering a clubhouse with grill area, fitness center, community pool, and additional parking spaces. Completely furnished with bath and bed linens, fully equipped kitchen including built-in microwave, gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator, high speed internet. Satellite TV in living area and master bedrooms. Private elevator available located in the garage up to the apartment on the 2nd level. Sleeping accommodations for six guests maximum include a king in the master bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa. 2 night minimum required. Additional fees include 11% lodging tax, $35 non-refundable reservation fee, $80 cleaning fee and $50 damage waiver.
