  Room 830, Konea Tower, and the Honua Kai Resort was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was the perfect amount of space for 2 adults. The high-end amenities were as displayed and advertised. Our favorite part of the unit was the floor to ceiling glass windows that completely opened up to the patio. The resort itself was perfectly located. Mr. Brooke was professional and took the time to personally welcome us upon our arrival. We would give our highest recommendation for this property.

  Excellent property! Room had a fantastic view of the mountains. Every essential we needed was provided within our condo. Perfect spot for our family of 4. Would recommend this particular property for future guests!

  What a wonderful vacation experience we had with Harris Hawaii Realty Group! From the booking of the room to the amenities this condo had to offer, it was truly a fabulous family vacation. Room 830 in the Konea Tower of Honua Kai Resort was exactly as pictured on their website and immaculate. The property is in an amazing location on Kaanapali Beach, and the pools and waterslide were a big hit with the kids. We would definitely recommend Brooke Moore with Harris Hawaii Realty to all our friends (actually, we already have!).

  My wife and I spent 5 nights with our 3 month old at this suite at the amazing Honua Kai resort. Every aspect of the stay was absolutely perfect. The resort (the newest in Ka'anapali) has impeccably designed and maintained grounds; access to the delicious and reasonably priced restaurant, Duke's; and first class modern design that incorporates Asian and Pacific style. Also, it is right on a great stretch of beach that features some great snorkeling and views of Lanai and Molokai. In contrast to most of the condos available in Maui, the design is tasteful and simple, so you don't have to stay in a cheesy vacation rental. The large lanai was very private (in contrast to many of the properties at the Honua Kai) and had a wonderful view of sunrise over the west Maui mountains and coffee plantations. Brooke was everything you could ask for in a property manager - courteous, responsive, available, friendly. He met us at the property and went through all of the features in person, making us feel quite welcome. Would happily return!

  My finace and I had always dreamed of a Maui honeymoon, but couldn't afford the ridiculous cost of a resort in Ka'anapali. Lucky for us, we found this gorgeous condo on VRBO at a reasonable price for a couple of kids who'd just bought dinner for 140 people. Brooke at Harris Hawaii was so knowledgeable, responsive and helpful at every turn, which eased our minds about going through a new travel web site. Brooke met us at the Honua Kai when we arrived and showed us around the grounds and our new home for the week. We LOVED the condo. Take a seat on the balcony around 4 or 5 p.m. and watch the rainbows appear and disappear over the mountains - just goregous. It may not be an ocean view, but you get the morning sun and a killer view of the West Maui Mountains - not too shabby. The full size ensuite washer/dryer was a big perk too, we came home with almost no laundry to do. Also, Duke's Grill is on the resort grounds, and it became our poolside/oceanfront hangout for the week. A nice feature, especially since the resort isn't a full-service hotel and doesn't have room service. No complaints from me!

  We stayed 11 nights with our 9 and 11 year old boys. They loved the pool, beach, and great snorkeling right next to the property. Our condo was the perfect size for our family. We loved the doors completely opened so we could see the mountain views anytime!

  We stayed in this suite in June and just loved it! We liked having a view of sunrises every morning to start our day and the privacy of not facing into any other units. The sandy beach right in front of Honua Kai was so beautiful and had great snorkelling all the way to black rock.

  We appreciated the great service from Brooke and we were very pleased with the suite and the resort. The suite was very nice and very well equipped with cookware, etc. We very much enjoyed the way the doors opened up to the lanai to make the entire unit connect to the outdoor space. The suite was beautifully cleaned for our arrival and we appreciated Brooke's personal greeting upon our arrival (especially given our late arrival), giving us the suite tour.

Additional information about rental rates

We charge either 20% or $500.00 (which ever is greater) non-refundable deposit at time of booking. We ask for payment in full for a booking of only 3 nights. We charge the balance 21 days prior to your arrival date and if you make the reservation within the 21 days prior to your arrival date then the entire amount of your stay is charged at time of booking.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

1) There is a one-time out-cleaning fee of $170.00 including tax, and if you need a mid-stay clean then that is billed at $40.00 with a 1 hour minimum.

2) There is a parking fee of $12.00 per day, per vehicle and this is paid to the Honua Kai front desk upon check in.

3) There are Hawaii State Taxes of 13.42% (which is 4.1666% GET & 9.25% TAT combined) on the nightly rate.
