You also have the option to dine at 5 other resort al-a-carte restaurants, 2 open air buffets, or reserve to dine at the candle-lit dinner on the beach.
In addition, you will receive tickets to the weekly member's party, which features a fantastic BBQ, live entertainment, and dancing by the ocean.
BEACHES:
As a VIP guest, you will have access to the VIP Member's Only beach, along with the resort beach. The VIP Beach has a snack bar, white queen-sized cabana beds, swings, snack and drink service to your bed, and a daily sushi bar.
EXTRA PERKS:
Your stay includes airport transportation to and from the Puerto Plata (POP) International airport.
Each guest also receives a ticket to Ocean World Adventure Park, which is a $55 /ticket value and includes all transportation to and from the park.

First, let me say that 2BR suite that I rented looks exactly like the pictures. The property was well-maintained, very clean and suite is very spacious. We had "Blue VIP" wristbands that allowed us access to most parts of the other resorts but not all BUT still was enough for us. The on-site restaurant (Blues) was so-so with the buffet-style food but that is mainly because these suites are more for folks who will either hire a cook and/or bring their own food. The better restaurants are on other resorts which are just a shuttle drive away. Probably the only "knock" that I can say (and with proper ahead-of-time notification on my part, it would not have been an issue) is the policy for visitors. Other than that, I would recommend this property to anyone.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children.

I had a great time. This is an excellent rental! The owners were very helpfully and the staff was attentive. If this included a golf cart, it would have been perfect. Thanks guys!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Thank you for the comments! You were wonderful to work with as well. The best chance to get a golf cart is in the off season- because they are first given to villa guests, and then guests in Presidential Suites. Make sure also to take advantage of the 24 hour shuttles available to call from anywhere in the resort!

About the owner: Hello, I am Angie Kamer. I am one member out of a busy growing family from Port Huron, Michigan that joined the Lifestyles resort this Winter. I would like to tell you a little bit about us! I am the 3rd out of 4 daughters from my parents, Marshall and Shelley. Our family has always enjoyed vacationing together since my sisters and I were very small! My oldest sister, Julie is now married and she and her husband Pete have a brand new baby, Kelly. Julie is a nurse in Traverse City, Michigan, and Pete is a physical education teacher at an elementary school there. Jennie is the second oldest daughter, and she and her fiance Andy live in Port Huron, Michigan. She teaches at the high school we all attended, and her fiance will be finishing dentistry school soon. Amy is going to be graduating with a degree in Biology from Depauw University, Indiana this Spring. I am a computer graphic artist specializing in residential custom home architecture, and I currently life in Lafayette, IN, where I previously attended Purdue University. My father, Marshall is a physician in Port Huron, where he has had a practice for over 25 years. My mother works at an adorable little quilt shoppe there, and they have 2 golden retrievers- who keep them busy now that all of their children have left the house! We have been excited for the family to grow and have opportunities to take more trips together. Sometimes we go snow skiing, but I think we have all agreed that warm places are where we love to be! (maybe it has something to do with wanting to get out of the cold Midwestern weather!) I am so happy to help you with any questions or concerns you might have and hope that we can pass on our new favorite resort to you and yours!
Why the Owner Chose Puerto Plata:
Our family has always gone on vacation, but never had stayed anywhere as nice as this resort. The best part was that it was comparable- even cheaper- than anywhere we had ever gone!
We ended up there because I have been vacationing at this resort for almost 2 years now. My current boyfriend, Roman, and his family (who are also members) introduced me to it and I have been raving about it to everyone back home ever since! I finally got everyone together to go on a trip this December together, and they were just as excited about the place as I was!
My parents had been looking to find a new timeshare (they had been unlucky or fell into scams previously) and were very happy to find out everything they could get at the resort. We have my boyfriend's family as evidence that resort was not taking our money as a scam- they have been members for almost 5 years and the resort has done nothing but expand and boom in membership!
The price for what we get is everything we could ever dream of- and my sister and her fiance are already planning their dream honeymoon at one of Lifestyle's Sister Resorts in the South Pacific!
Besides that, we simply love the set-up at the resort. We can chose our accommodation based on how many people we are with or how luxurious we want to go and do something different each time. We can chose to have maximum privacy, or be exceptionally social- each day a different thing. The amenities we receive from the price and the fact that we can share it with family and friends are truly amazing. Some people get disappointed if they don't get the helicopter or something, but in my mind this is an absolute DEAL for the price, and more than I have EVER experienced on a vacation that my family can actually afford!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Since we are Platinum Supreme members of the resort, my family and I can enjoy airport transportation by helicopter or limousine! We also can dine at 2 of the other Member's Only restaurants. We LOVE the Azul restaurant, which is located on a tower that the helicopter lands above! We also have the golf cart at our disposal, and can throw a private BBQ! The unique benefits of staying at this resort are simply feeling like you are in a luxury 5 Star Suite for an absolute fraction of the price. I don't think there is any better deal in the Caribbean.
