Nice view of ocean, beach and boardwalk from your front deck and living room. It's "right at the beach and boardwalk" but still a little quieter, and there are no streets to cross to get to the beach.
This third floor, non-smoking Condominium is very clean, freshly decorated, has one bedroom (two brand new totally comfy double beds), and a sleeper sofa (queen-size) in the living room. These units are slighty larger than the majority of one bedroom condos in the Wildwood area, and have full size appliances with a large counter between the kitchen and living room for meal preparation workspace.
The kitchen is new with a full size refrigerator, full size oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked(dishware, pots & pans & utensils) and a dining area. Pillows, blankets, mattress covers, and comforters are included in the unit. The bedroom and living room each have a ceiling fan in addition to central air. "Heated" swimming pool and parking "under cover" provided. We also have two (shared) barbecue grills.
The condominium building is located one building from the Beach & Boardwalk at the northern end. The beach is beautiful and a lot shorter here, so you'll have a far less walk to the ocean than in Wildwood or the Crest. There are beach rest room facilities, a workout station, and small playground nearby too. Fireworks on beach every Friday night at 11:00 P.M. Rides, games of chance, restaurants, shops and more.

Internet Cafe/Restaurant/Grocery store across the street, pizza place, beach shop, grocery store and pancake house less than one block away. Check out the indoor water park next door with new upgrades. So just park your car and stay awhile.
Morey's Amusement Pier - Raging Water is just four blocks away. Two other Morey's Piers and SPLASH ZONE are within a five minute walk or catch the "Tram car" which stops right at the boardwalk (50 steps from the condo) and relax while you sightsee the entire boardwalk.

Cape May Zoo, Wetlands Institute, Hereford Lighthouse, Cape May Lighthouse, and Cape May Bird Sanctuary, Cape May Antiques are all just a short drive away.

Why the Owner Chose North Wildwood
We are right at the boardwalk and beach but not so noisy as in the heart of Wildwood. We just love the location and you will too!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The rides are close by but not so close to be noisy. We have the greatest restaurants just steps to the boardwalk and WHAT A FABULOUS OCEAN VIEW from this area of the Boardwalk - no piers straight ahead and the beach is shorter here. Fabulous beach replenishment just completed. Everyone is so friendly at the Tides!
