My husband and I spend a lovely week in this well kept ground floor condo. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Sipping morning coffee taking in the view of the bay from your private screened porch was a delight. Watching the sunset, even better. A very short stroll brings you to a stair case leading down to a private beach. Strolling the Brewster flats at low tide was amazing. While my husband and I did not use them, there are well kept tennis courts, a pool and sauna. The condo is moments away from the center of Brewster where there are several excellent restaurants. I highly recommended a stay at here.Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Beautiful view - amazing sunrises, sunsets, and views of the flats or water - tides depending of course! Relaxing screen porch to sit in for early morning and late afternoon views of the water, flats, wild life (rabbits, foxes and all) - very easy walk to the private Sears Point beach. No need to get in a car to go to the beach - a real plus! Unit felt very private in a good way but not isolated. Easy bike ride to the Brewster Library, Country Store, and UU thrift store and also not that far from the Cape Cod Bikeway. My wife loved having a pool and hot tub available too. Bonus is the pool table - gives one a chance to polish their game a bit. Unit is very spacious and comfortable. Just down Lower Road is one of those amazing old Cape Cod cemeteries. You can spend all day reading about the various ship captains from Brewster and their families; lost at sea and the like, and the other sailing risks of that era. All in all a great location and unit to spend a week or two on the Cape.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

For the past five years our family have spent a glorious week at Sears Point. From every room in the house you see a spectacular ocean view. The property is spotless with all modern conveniences. It is so quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed using the pool, tennis courts and of course the almost empty quiet beach. We were treated like owners not renters. If you are unfamiliar with Sears Point it is located within walking distance to coffee shops, The Brewster General Store and many quaint restaurants. This property is a hidden jewel that we are willing to share with people who would appreciate all it has to offer.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
